Since the location hired new and additional staff, the customer experience has improved significantly. I don’t have to worry that my dog will be lovingly cared for at day camp and I fully trust the employees

Amazing experience for both canine and parents! Camp Bow Wow came to our rescue and accepted our pet with short notice as we were undergoing treatment at MD Anderson. Employees even stayed late to wait on us for pickup when treatment ran late. Our young dog suffers from separation anxiety, however, when we picked her up she ran back to camp caregivers! ?? Our Louisiana Roux enjoyed a tail wagging experience??

Staff was great and super welcoming to my dog and I. They took great care of my pup. He had an awesome time and came home tired. He also got groomed and the groomer did a fantastic job! He looks adorable! 10/10 all around!

Camp Bow counselors always take excellent care of my Casey. They know her as soon as she walks in the door and go out of their way to give her love and cuddles during her stay!

From the moment I called to the moment I picked Kuiper up on his first day, the entire experience was absolutely amazing. The morning team had clearly been briefed about our arrival, which made the drop-off smooth and welcoming. Pick-up was just as friendly — every question I had was answered with care and attention. Kuiper was happy and relaxed at pickup, tail wagging, and even took a moment to give an extra goodbye to the counselor at the front desk — a clear sign he felt safe and cared for. As someone with high expectations for my pup’s care, especially after transferring from another state within the Camp Bow Wow family, I’m thrilled to say those expectations were not just met — they were exceeded. I truly felt that Kuiper was in good hands. We’re excited to make this Kuiper’s new home-away-from-home. Very friendly staff. The interview process is throughly explained and you can watch it on the screens. I like the way the handlers got to know my fur baby as they introduced him slowly to the pack.
