Non-Holiday

• Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders  M-Sa is 11:00am, Sunday’s is 10am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to pupgrade your stay for only $15. 

Holidays

• Howliday’s (NO DAY CARE). Lobby hours 7am-10am & 4pm-7pm.  
• A 2-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation. 
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled. 
• 7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required in order for deposit to go on account to be used for future boarding. 
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Boarding on holidays and peak times may be subject to a seasonal surcharge of $5 per night, per dog.

Dog Daycare Packages

• No package refunds. 
• Dog Daycare packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.
