Bloomfield Reservations

Non-Holiday

• A 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your dog boarding reservation.
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
• Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
• If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
• If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for an additional fee. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

Holidays

• A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
• 7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

• New Years: December 29^th 2025 - January 4^th 2026
• Spring Break: April 10^th 2026 - April 19^th 2026
• Memorial Day: May 22^nd 2026 - May 26^th 2026
• Independence Day: July 1^st 2026 - July 6^th 2026
• Labor Day: September 4^th 2026 - September 8^th 2026
• Thanksgiving: November 23^rd 2026 - November 30th 2026
• Christmas: December 18^th 2026 - December 28^th 2026
• Summer: Every Friday - Sunday from June 18^th 2026 - August 31^st 2026

Dog Daycare Packages

• No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
• Dog Daycare packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.
