Dog Boarding in Pflugerville, TX

All-Inclusive Overnight Care for Pflugerville Pet Parents

At Camp Bow Wow, dog boarding means more than a place to sleep. Campers spend the day running and socializing in our indoor and outdoor play areas, then settle into a private individual cabin for the night. Camp Counselors are present throughout, offering supervision, affection, and hands-on care from drop-off to pick-up. Pflugerville pet parents get real-time visibility into their dog’s day through our live webcams, accessible from any device at any time.

What Makes Our Boarding Different

Most boarding facilities charge extra for the things that actually matter: playtime, group interaction, medication handling. Our all-inclusive pricing covers the overnight stay, full Day Camp play, and individualized care in one flat rate. No itemized add-ons, no surprises at check-out.

Day Camp is included with every overnight boarding stay at no additional cost. Medication administration is also included at no extra charge, which matters for dogs on daily prescriptions. And because our certified Camp Counselors are trained in dog behavior, CPR, and pet first aid, your dog isn’t just supervised. They’re cared for by people who know what to watch for.

Safety & Camper Screening

Every dog who boards at Camp must complete a Camper screening before their first stay. This evaluation helps us understand each dog’s temperament and supports a safe, compatible group dynamic in our open-play environment. All Campers must be current on vaccinations, and dogs must be spayed or neutered by 7 months of age to participate.

Our Camp Counselors are certified in dog behavior, CPR, and pet first aid. 24/7 facility monitoring keeps the environment secure around the clock, so the care doesn’t stop when the lights go down.

Call (877) 700-2275 to schedule your dog’s Camper Interview or reserve a boarding stay online. New Campers receive their first day FREE.

All-Inclusive Dog Boarding Pricing

Planning a trip from Pflugerville shouldn’t come with pricing guesswork. Our boarding rate is all-inclusive: one flat price covers the overnight stay, full Day Camp play, and individualized Camp Counselor care. What you see when you book is what you pay.

What the Nightly Rate Covers

Day Camp Supervised Play
Group play in our indoor and outdoor play areas is included with every overnight boarding stay. Your dog doesn’t wait in a crate while you’re away.

Individual Cabin Accommodations
Each Camper has their own private, climate-controlled individual cabin for overnight rest. Shared runs aren’t part of the Camp experience.

Camp Counselor Care
Supervision, feeding assistance, and genuine attention from our certified Camp Counselors are included in every stay, from arrival through pick-up.

No-Extra-Charge Inclusions

Medication administration is included at no additional cost, and Day Camp services during a boarding stay aren’t billed separately. For dogs with daily medications or specific feeding routines, those details are handled without becoming line items on your invoice.

Call (877) 700-2275 or book online to confirm current rates and availability. New Campers receive their first day FREE.

Visiting Family? Your Dog Is Too

A Typical Boarding Day at Camp

Dogs staying overnight can be dropped off any time during Camp hours. We suggest arriving before 4 p.m. so Campers have time to play, eat, and fully settle in before the evening winds down. Throughout the day, our Camp Counselors monitor the group, encourage healthy interaction, and keep energy levels in a good place. When it’s time to rest, each dog moves from the play areas into their own individual cabin for the night.

First Visit: What to Expect

Every new dog completes a Camper screening before their first boarding stay. This evaluation lets us get to know your dog and confirm they’re a good fit for the open-play environment. If your dog hasn’t been boarded before, a practice day visit before a multi-night stay can help them get comfortable with the space and the routine. Pet parents can note special feeding instructions, medication schedules, or pick-up preferences directly in their account so our team can follow through on the details that matter.

Grooming & Training at Camp

Boarding isn’t the only service we offer at Camp Bow Wow. Grooming and training are both available, making Camp a practical one-stop destination for Pflugerville pet parents with multiple dog care needs.

The Camp Bow Wow Community

Our Camp Counselors are dog lovers first. They treat each Camper with the care and attention they’d want for their own dog. Live webcam access reinforces that relationship. You can see for yourself how your dog is doing rather than waiting for a status update. We serve pet families throughout Pflugerville and surrounding communities, including Round Rock, Blackhawk, Forest Creek, and Falcon Pointe.

Tuckered Out & Tucked In

Camp Bow Wow vs. Standard Kennels

Not all dog boarding is the same. Here’s what sets Camp Bow Wow apart from typical facilities in the Pflugerville area:

  • All-inclusive pricing: One flat rate covers the stay, play, and care. No separate charges for group time, medication, or supervision.
  • Certified Camp Counselors: Our staff are trained in dog behavior, CPR, and pet first aid, a different standard than general kennel staff.
  • Live webcam access: Watch your dog from any device, any time during the stay. Full visibility, not a summary at pick-up.
  • Day Camp included: Every overnight Camper participates in supervised group play. Boarding here isn’t passive waiting.
  • Individual cabins: Each dog has a private, climate-controlled sleeping space. No shared runs or open kennel environments overnight.

Camper Requirements

To keep the open-play environment safe for every dog, all Campers must meet a few requirements before their first boarding stay.

  • Dogs must pass the Camper screening before participating
  • All vaccinations must be current
  • Dogs must be spayed or neutered by 7 months of age

Why We Require Spay & Neuter by 7 Months

As dogs approach sexual maturity, hormonal shifts can affect how they behave in group settings. Tension, mounting, and unpredictable interactions can become more likely and create risk for every dog in the play area. The spay/neuter requirement by 7 months exists to support the safety and positive group dynamic that makes open-play boarding work well for everyone.

Dog Boarding FAQs

Have questions? Camp Bow Wow is here to help!

  • Camp Bow Wow requires all boarding dogs to be up to date on their DHPP vaccine to keep them healthy and able to play safely with other dogs. It’s recommended that the Leptospirosis vaccine also be included annually, as it’s more common, can be deadly to dogs, and can spread to humans.

The DHPP vaccine protects against four serious and highly contagious diseases: Distemper, Hepatitis (Adenovirus), Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus. These illnesses can affect a dog’s respiratory, digestive, and nervous systems, and can spread quickly between dogs, making vaccination important.

Puppies start the DHPP series at 6–8 weeks old, with two boosters given at 3-week intervals, followed by a third booster a year later. Adult dogs receive booster shots as recommended by their veterinarian, with the Distemper and Parvovirus portion typically given every 1–3 years.

In addition to the DHPP vaccine, the Rabies and Bordetella vaccines are also required for all boarding dogs at all our locations. For more information on our vaccine requirements for dog boarding, contact your local Camp Bow Wow.

  • To maintain our incredibly high standards and satisfaction ratings, your pup must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines.

  • If you'd like to drop off your pup for overnight dog boarding stays, we suggest you bring them in before 4 pm to ensure they have plenty of time to play, eat and enjoy themselves before bedtime.
