We first visited CBW before moving to Mt. Juliet and had the pleasure of meeting Alexis. She was friendly, welcoming, and very informative, which gave us a great first impression.
Now that we’re officially residents, we scheduled our meet-and-greet, and Emily made the experience seamless from start to finish. She greeted us warmly, gave us a tour, and made sure we were aware of the First Day Special. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel confident leaving our fur baby in their care.

Grooming! We had no idea Camp Bow Wow had a full grooming service! We live right around the corner from BowWow and never knew. I called in search of a nearby groomer for our three Goldens and talked to the groomer herself, Kassey. She listened to everything I needed and was looking to be done for our girls, and she explained everything perfectly. She understood exactly what I was looking for and she was very accommodating. Pricing was truly incredibly fair. They did a beautiful job and the girls look like Goldens again and smell so nice! The staff is just incredible. They are all so kind and cheery and very sweet to the pups (and us). I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a groomer. We already booked our next groom with Kassey!

I brought my two Golden Retrievers here for an initial interview prior to boarding them the following week. Staff was friendly and Alexis was thorough with the interview process and information regarding the facility. The facility was clean and spacious and I appreciated the fact that I could view my dogs from the app. They seemed to have a great time and were exhausted when they returned home. Love them! And my dog does too!! Staff is wonderful and they offer fun interactive enrichments for the pups! They have recently improved the pickup/dropoff process (which is super appreciated) by having more than one team member at the front desk to assist with helping multiple clients in person, and on phone; while having at least one other on hand to take/bring your pet(s) up front or back. This was the only missing link which has shown vast improvement lately. Recommend!

Supervision & Facility Care
Our Camp Counselors monitor dogs throughout every play session. They’re trained in dog behavior, pet CPR, and pet first aid, so they can recognize and respond to what’s happening on the floor rather than just watching from a distance.
We clean and sanitize the facility regularly using pet-safe products. The play yards, cabins, and common areas are maintained to provide a clean environment.
All-Inclusive Pricing, No Surprises
Our pricing is all-inclusive. Medication administration and certain special requests don’t carry an extra charge. We explain what’s included before your dog’s first day, with no hidden fees added at pickup.
New Campers can also take advantage of a free first day to experience Camp before committing to a schedule.
What to Expect Before Your Dog’s First Visit
Before your dog joins the pack at Camp Bow Wow Mt Juliet, every new Camper goes through an interview and health check. This isn’t just paperwork. It’s how our Camp Counselors learn your dog’s personality, energy level, and comfort around other dogs before placing them in open play.
To participate, dogs must be spayed or neutered and current on required vaccinations. Bringing accurate health and behavior information to the interview helps us match your pup to the right play groups from day one.
Once your dog is cleared, they can have access to our supervised indoor and outdoor play yards, and you can check in during care through our live webcams. A first visit is also a good opportunity for you to see the facility, meet our team, and decide whether group care fits your dog’s temperament before scheduling regular daycare or boarding.
