
Non-Holiday
- A deposit equivalent of one night's stay or 50% of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
- If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, your deposit will be credited to you account for future use.
- If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at check out.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for an additional fee. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
Holidays
- A minimum stay is required for any boarding stay during a holiday period. Most holidays have a 3-night minimum, Christmas is 5 nights. A stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within 30 days of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- 14 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive an account credit for future use.
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
- Cancellations within the 14 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Major holidays and peak times will be subject to an increased seasonal pricing of a $3 to $5 additional fee per night per dog.
Daycare & Boarding Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- For package refunds within 30 days, the package will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the service used).
- Daycare packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Boarding package owners subject to the same policies concerning cancellations or no-shows.
