We were able to download an app so we could watch our dog from their numerous video cameras. It gave us peace of mind while away. I’ve been boarding my pups here for a few years and am continually impressed with the quality of care. My pups are always excited when I load them up in the car to take them and are always tuckered out and full of smiles when I pick them up. I have an unusual breed which can be a bit more finicky to care for and Camp Bow Wow SW does a phenomenal job.

We have to travel internationally for 3 weeks every summer and could not be happier boarding our pup Buddy at Camp Bow Wow. The staff is excellent and always prompt to reply when I want to check in on Buddy. Watching him on camera is a huge plus. Camp Bow Wow Austin SW is simply the best place our pets have boarded! The staff is extremely friendly, and Bella and Maggie never once put on the brakes trying to not go in the doors! This last boarding at Camp Bow Wow Austin SW was extremely difficult as Bella had passed away due to old age about a week before our trip. The staff took extra special care of Maggie to make sure she was loved and feeling at home without her dear friend Bella! They added a complimentary special package for her during her stay! I received pictures daily of Maggie interacting with the staff, which warmed my heart! When I picked her up, she came out tail wagging and happy as usual! When I got home and started unpacking her bag, there was an envelope in her bag. Boy, tears just started streaming down! Each staff member had a handwritten note to me expressing their sadness for Bella's passing and true heartfelt messages about their fond memories of Bella! I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Austin SW to any who are searching for a family atmosphere who genuinely love your pets! Maggie will not be staying anywhere else!

A truly wonderful facility. My wife and I were traveling to Europe, but we were able to see our dog on camera throughout our entire trip! Treated Like Family
Our bulldog absolutely refuses to go to any other location—Camp Bow Wow is her second home, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Even after moving, we still make the drive because the care, love, and attention she receives here are unmatched. The staff genuinely care about the dogs, and it shows in everything they do. What truly touched our hearts was when one of our dogs passed away. The team at Camp Bow Wow went out of their way to honor him and even made a donation to a rescue adoption in his name, which meant so much to us since that’s how we originally found him.
