*All meals must be pre-packaged in plastic/zip lock bags (dry food).  There will be a $5 charge per dog, per day for meals that are not pre-packaged. Please speak with the front desk for d'tails

Peak = Memorial Day thru Labor Day, all major holidays

Off Peak = Labor Day thru Memorial Day, except for all major holidays

Major holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, XMAS Eve through New Years Day and Friday/Saturday/Sunday from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Interview vs. Slow re-introduction: Interviews are for first time customers and is a free day. A slow re-introduction is a paid day that is reserved for dogs that have already passed the original interview and received a free day but have not visited Camp within the past year or are visiting from another CBW location. A slow re-introduction is necessary for a number of reasons from dogs behavior/attitude changing over time, new employees at Camp, other changes at Camp but most importantly, it is for both the dog’s and employee’s safety.

Non-holiday/Off Peak

  • Day care reservations are required by 4pm the day before your requested visit. Dogs that show up with no reservation, we may not be able to accommodate.
  • A deposit of 50% of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation.
  • If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be canceled.
  • Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away, and then people do not show up for their reservation.
  • If you cancel 24 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • If you are a no-show or cancel within the 24 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your 50% deposit.
  • Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
  • Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
  • If a Camper has not attended Camp in the past year, they must visit for a paid full or half day of day care (owner’s choice) for a slow re-introduction prior to booking their upcoming reservation.
  • We always appreciate as much notice in advance for boarding, as it takes time to prepare for a Camper’s stay. As such, a same day boarding reservation, if we have the availability, will be charged a $25 fee. Please make all reservations by 4pm of the day prior to your requested stay.
  • For any Camper that comes in for day care and then switches to boarding, if we have availability to accommodate this switch, a $25 fee will be incurred.
  • We close at 7pm. Any emails for reservations received while we are closed will not be addressed until the following business hours. Do not consider reservations requested during this time period as confirmed. Reservations requested after hours and for the following day will be considered same day reservations and, as such, will incur a $25 charge.
  • When making any reservation, please notify us of any recent injuries, surgeries or changes in your pets behavior.
  • Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

Holiday/Peak

  • A 2-night minimum stay is required for holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests. (Not enforced at this time)
  • Holiday rates (additional $5.00/night/dog) apply near all major holidays:
    • Easter weekend (Fri and Sat nights)
    • Memorial Day weekend (Fri, Sat and Sun nights)
    • Friday/Saturday/Sunday from Memorial Day to Labor Day
    • July 2nd - July 5th
    • Labor Day weekend (Fri, Sat and Sun nights)
    • Thanksgiving (Wed, Thurs, Fri & Sat nights)
    • December 23rd - December 31st
    • Hours on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve are 8:00-11:00 am and 4:00-7:00 pm. THERE IS NO DAY CARE OFFERED ON THESE DATES.
  • Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
  • If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be canceled.
  • 3 days or 72 hours notice for holiday reservation cancellations is required to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within the 3 day or 72 hour period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.

  • Pet Parents requesting to extend their Campers stay will incur an additional $25 fee, if we have the availability to accommodate this request.

  • If a Camper has not attended Camp in the past year, they must visit for a paid full or half day of day care (owner’s choice) for a slow re-introduction prior to booking their upcoming reservation .

Do not consider reservations requested during this time period as confirmed. Reservations requested after hours and for the following day will be considered same day reservations and, as such, will incur a $25 charge.

Day Care/Extra Care Packages

  • All package sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • At this time, packages do not expire.
  • We do not offer boarding packages or discount extended stays.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
  • Dogs that arrive for day care without a quick-release collar will need to purchase one from the lobby before being admitted into Camp

Check-In

  • Monday thru Friday dogs can check in any time between 6:30am and 6pm. For any dog that arrives for boarding after 6pm, a $25 fee will be incurred.
  • Saturday can check in any time between 8:00am and 6pm. For any dog that arrives for boarding after 6pm, a $25 fee will be incurred.
  • Sundays and all major holidays we have split hours. We are open 8:00am to 11:00am in the morning and 4:00pm to 7:00pm in the afternoon. Check ins in the AM window must arrive no later than 10:00am. Check ins in the PM window must arrive no later than 6:00pm. You are welcome to check in at either of these windows. For any dog that arrives for boarding after either the AM or PM window check in time, a $25 fee will be incurred.
  • Please remember that day care is included when you board. As such, feel free to drop off earlier in the day to take advantage of the included day care!

Check-Out

  • Any time during business hours.
  • If you arrive after 7pm to pick up your pup and staff has left, you will be able to pick up your pup during the next business hours that we are open. The fee for chronic, repeat offenders will be increased to $50.
  • Please call and notify the front desk if you feel that you will not make the 7:00pm pick up time. (732-728-9663).

Cancellation and Refund Policy - Non-holiday/Off Peak

  • If you cancel 24 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • If you are a no-show or cancel within the 24 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your 50% deposit.
  • Day care reservations that are not cancelled 24hrs in advance will be charged full price.
  • Day care reservations that do not show up will be charged full price and will not be allowed back until the balance is paid.

Discounts

  • For a multiple dog discount rate to apply all dogs must be from the same family AND household. In addition, they must also sleep in the same cabin and eat in the same cabin at the same time.
  • Only 1 discount per stay per family.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, multiple dog discounts or packages.
  • We offer 10% discounts to any person that is actively an EMT, First Responder/ER, Firefighter, Police and/or Military member.
  • We offer 10% off to all dogs adopted from Rescue Ridge and Brick City Rescue.

Emergency Contacts

  • It is the Pet Parents responsibility to make sure that the Emergency Contact that they provide on their application is aware of their responsibility.
  • For any dog that needs to leave Camp for any reason (sickness, injury, etc.) while the Pet Parent is traveling, the Emergency Contact is fully expected to pick up the dog ASAP and required to before the end of the day.
  • Failure for an Emergency Contact to adhere to the aforementioned will result in a minimum $200 charge + all additional fees for the Pet Parent that must be paid prior to check out. In addition the Pet Parent will no longer be welcome to use our facility.
  • Dogs without an Emergency Contact will not be allowed to utilize our facility for any services.

Interviews and Slow Re-introductions

  • We conduct INTERVIEWS Monday thru Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. We do NOT conduct interviews on Sundays.
  • We conduct SLOW RE-INTRODUCTIONS Monday thru Thursday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. We do NOT conduct slow re-introductions Friday thru Sunday.
  • Please show up on time for your interview/slow re-intro as we conduct several scheduled interviews each day.
  • If you are running late or can not make your interview/slow re-intro, we’d appreciate a phone call letting us know.
  • Any interview/slow re-intro more than 10 minutes late may have to reschedule for another day and/or time slot.
  • Any interview/slow re-intro that shows up more than 10 minutes early, while we appreciate your enthusiasm to get your pup to become a Camper, please note that it is possible we may not be able to begin the process until the scheduled time.
  • For any customer that schedules an interview/slow re-intro and then No Call/No Shows, it is very possible that we may choose to not extend an offer to reschedule.
