Non-Holiday

• Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at check-out.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Holidays

• A 3-night minimum stay may be required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holiday reservations require a $100 deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation. If the full cost of your dog's stay totals less than $100, the deposit will be the full cost of the stay.
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
• 21 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• Cancellations within the 21 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Day Care & Boarding Packages

• Packages are non-refundable, but never expire.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Boarding package owners subject to the same policies concerning cancellations or no-shows.
