FILL OUT OUR CAMPER APPLICATION

Thank you for requesting an interview. We are looking forward to meeting you and your Camper!

Prior to confirming an interview date and time we need to have:

1. A completed Camper Application sent via Docusign

2. Vaccination records showing your Camper is current on rabies, distemper and bordetella and spayed/neutered if over 6 months old. You may e-mail these to campbowwow@comcast.net.

Once we have this information, we will reach out to set up a date and time that work for you. Interviews are scheduled by appointment only so we can focus on each new dog and get them comfortable. The interview takes about 20 minutes. You may stay in our lobby and watch from a flat screen if you would like. If you have not had a tour of our Camp, we will give you one after the interview.

ALL CAMPERS MUST MEET REQUIREMENTS

  • At least four months old
  • Spayed or neutered (if six months or older)
  • Current on Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccines
  • We STRONGLY recommend the Canine Influenza Vaccine and require it for Campers coming to our Camp from over 50 miles away.
  • Flea/tick free and in good overall health
  • No open wounds or stitches of any kind
  • Wearing a quick release collar and name tag
  • For safety reasons, flea/tick collars may not be worn at Camp
  • Dog and people friendly
  • Able to pass the interview and trial day
  • New dogs coming to our Camp must be owned at least 10 days by the person bringing them to Camp. We want the best for each dog. Dogs must feel loved and settled into their new homes. Transitions are very disruptive for dogs and we don’t want Camp to be overwhelming. We offer in-home pet care and dog walking to help you care for your new dog until they may come to Camp.
  • We require at least the interview day and another 1/2 day prior to boarding. These two days REALLY help dogs become comfortable at Camp. We want every Camper to enjoy their stay with us and these two adjustment times help tremendously. We are happy to offer in-home pet care and dog walking to help you care for your new dog if you do not have time to do two days prior to the desired overnight stay.
