Safety is our Top Priority
The safety of our Campers, clients and communities we serve has always been our number one priority and we continue to monitor policies and recommendations to stay informed as the COVID-19 situation evolves.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up: When you arrive to drop off or pick up your Camper, please remain outside
and call us at 732-805-0888 or text us at 732-902-1448. A Camp Counselor
will escort your pup into and out of Camp.
Payments: We ask that all payments are made over the phone to minimize personal interactions.
We highly recommend purchasing a day care package to expedite the check-in
and check-out process. We now have a package of 5 days of daycare available
for your convenience in addition to the 10, 20, and 50 day packages we
already offer. You can save time and money, plus the package never expires.
We also offer training and enrichment packages. Please let us know if
you have any questions.
Daily Camp Sanitation: We have extensive daily cleaning protocols that keep our facilities clean
for dogs, employees, and pet parents alike. We have added cleaning tasks
and increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces that our employees
and customers may come in contact with. All safe distancing and mask practices
will also be in effect.
Camp Counselor & Customer Health: Just as we are encouraging employees to stay home if they aren’t
feeling well, we ask that you do the same. If you are feeling unwell or
have been in contact with someone who might be ill, please stay home for
your safety and others. PLEASE DO NOT send your dog to Camp if you or
anyone in your household is showing symptom or may have been exposed to
COVID-19. Additionally, please follow social distancing recommendations
and stand six feet apart from other customers or employees inside and
outside of our facility.
Vaccinations: We encourage you to check on your dog’s vaccinations to ensure that
they are up to date and, if not, to get them updated right away. Please
make sure we receive vaccination updates BEFORE you visit! Email
bridgewater@campbowwow.com, text a picture to 732-902-1448, fax to 732-805-0889, or ask us to contact
your vet. We will be trying our best to limit the handling of documents
and ask that you please send any documentation electronically. With the
above protocols in place, it is crucial that we have your dog's updated
records prior to your visit.
More Information: We will keep you up to date with any other information and/or changes.
We appreciate your patience as we move forward together keeping everybody's
safety and health a top priority.
Wishing all our Campers and pet parents good health and happiness ahead!
