Skills and Experience
All my life, I have loved animals of all kinds. I grew up in Dexter, Michigan with dogs, cats, and other animals. We would sometimes rescue bunnies and lost chipmunks. I did frequent volunteering out at SASHA farm, Manchester. I graduated from CCS, Detroit with a BA in FineArt Photography. When I was in school, I often brought my pets/friends with me to class. They hung out in the lab and in the matting room. The most well known were my two cats, Lucky, a rescue found in Brightmore, Michigan. As well as Casper; obtained from a local pet store. I always had a rat, Little Timmy Christopher, at that time & he loved riding in the car with me & playing with his “brothers,” Casper & Lucky.
What I love most about my job: Getting to know each of the dog's personalities individually, as well as learning and growing with them. It’s amazing how brilliant some of these wonderful pup's are. They teach me something new everyday, and always leave me with a full heart & a big smile.
My pets: Previously I've always had cats and at least 1 dog, including other pets. Currently I have 3 boy cats, all rescues. Casper Daniel the III, my best bud & biggest fan! Lucky, tuxedo cat, (thinks he’s the dog of the house). Angelo, “angel” in Italian, a maine coon rescue, as much fun as he is big!

I grew up on a dairy farm in Saline and have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I graduated from Wayne State University with a Business Degree therefore, working as the Camp Scout at Camp Bow Wow gives me the opportunity to further my marketing skills along with getting to work with dogs everyday.
What I love most about my job: Getting to meet so many amazing dogs!
My pets: I have two Border Collies, Annie, who is 12 and Maggie, who is 3. These two girls mean the world to me and I can't imagine my life without them!
