My 3 dogs love going to Camp Bow Wow at Stone Oak. The two big dogs get plenty of play time with other friendly dogs and the smaller older one gets time with smaller seniors. The staff is always friendly and lets me know how my pups did during their stay. I love that they offer the opportunity for baths so they are clean and happy when they come home.

Our pups do so well here for boarding several times a year. The staff took great care of our one dog while he was on 3 medications due to an injury. We check cameras and staff are there with the dogs. Our pups come home happy and tired!

The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely empathetic. Leaving our fur babies for the first time was nerve-wracking, and they handled our nerves with such grace and understanding.
I personally observed Giann interacting with multiple new families, including ours, and was so impressed. She listened attentively, answered every single question with patience and respect, and made each family feel heard and valued. At the same time, she seamlessly checked in returning customers without missing a beat. What an absolute asset she is to your company! At pickup, she took extra time to give me a thorough update and made sure I felt completely comfortable.
The level of customer service exceeded our expectations. One of our pups had a fantastic interview experience. Our other girl was more timid and didn’t perform as confidently as we had hoped, but the staff were immediately attentive to her needs. They recognized her anxiety and calmly removed her from the situation to ensure she felt safe and supported. That responsiveness meant everything to us.
I never imagined I would feel completely comfortable leaving our dogs with anyone, but I can confidently say we trust the Stone Oak location with our babies — and that is huge for our family. The camp counselors truly make the difference. We’ve already signed up for additional visits and are hopeful that, with this team’s support, our more fearful pup will grow in confidence and eventually enjoy camp just as much.

Such great peace of mind
Camp Bow Wow StoneOak continues to go up and above in showing love and taking care of our dogs. When our 16 year old dog started to slip a bit, one of the people taking care of him went on their lunch break to buy booties for him so he would not slip. On another trip when the same dog was struggling a bit, they took him to the vet for us so he could get the proper medication to get him back to normal. It is such great peace of mind when we leave our pups there as we know they will be loved and taken care of.

Everyone is so friendly here! We took our dog in for an interview and I was able to drop her off for a few hours for free so she could interact with other dogs. Their rates are very reasonable and the facilities are clean.

I’ve entrusted my goodest girl to their care for 4 years now. I moved and put her in another boarding facility and then went right back to Camp Bow Wow Stone Oak even though the distance increased to a 45 minute drive! As always, we were very pleased with the experience, specifically the attentiveness, safety, and overall care that was provided to both of our fur babies. We like to keep them together and booked them a suite so that we could peek in on them via their webcam in those “miss them moments.” Had them bathed before pick up so that they would be nice and clean when picking them up.
