Foster Dogs Available For Adoption

Meet Alice, our latest foster from Carolina Basset Hound Rescue (CBHR).  She is 2-3 years old, heartworm negative, petite, and very loving.  She's done well at Camp and in a foster home situation, but she really needs a permanent home of her own. Wouldn't you like this sweet face to greet you at the door every night?

Even if you aren't quite ready to adopt a new member for your pack, please consider fostering for this wonderful group.  CBHR is in desperate need of foster homes AND adopters.  Their program was recently swamped with Bassets in need of rescue from a breeder situation, and they've reached their maximum of 70 dogs in the program.  If just a few more people could foster or adopt one of these "low-rider" cuties,  CBHR would have enough room to continue helping new Bassets in need of rescue.
