"I wanted to let you know your staff at Camp Bow Wow Parkway West is wonderful and awesome.  Since the time Czarina and I started to go there, they have been kind, warm and knowledgeable to both me and Czarina. This past week, I had to have my appendix taken out - it was an emergency. Czarina was due for day care and I asked, if there was room, could she stay. Every staff member was SO kind to me and welcomed Czarina as if she was their own dog. It helps to know I have people to rely on when such an emergency happens. As we all believe, our dogs are part of our family and I love having a place that I know will take care of her as I would - especially in emergencies.

Your staff (there are so many and I do not want to leave anyone out so I will not name names - but EVERYONE there) is clearly chosen for their knowledge of dogs but also their compassion towards humans. You do not run a "business" but a well organized and trained "social service" for all living creatures. Any dog owner would be lucky to have themselves associated with Camp Bow Wow."

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with Camp Bow Wow.  My dog, Lucky, has been going there now for a few months.  When I pick him up from Camp - he is totally exhausted and happy!  Thanks!

I also wanted to let you know that the workers there are wonderful – they greet me and my dog by name.

But in particular I wanted to say a few words about Beth.  She is one in a million.  You can tell that she loves her job, but most especially that she truly LOVES the dogs and that means a lot to me and my husband.  She has a smile on her face and always has a positive attitude. Thank you for taking care of Rocky while we were in Pittsburgh recently. Rocky was proud of his interview report card, and he really enjoyed his overnight stay the next evening. We'll be sure to take Rocky along with us anytime we're coming to the Pittsburgh area. We were very impressed with the facility and the Counselors, not to mention the other Campers. Thanks again.
