Meet The Owner

Our family has 3 dogs who take full advantage of the fun offered at Camp Bow Wow!

Jack is our 2 year old mutt. While he looks like a Collie, has the markings of a Border Collie and is as graceful and timid as a Greyhound, we really have no idea what he is! Jack came to camp as a 4 month old foster who was found roaming the streets somewhere in Virginia. He somehow made his way to Peaceable Kingdom. After being nursed back to health after a severe case of pneumonia, he arrived at camp ready to play with everyone. We made the mistake of taking him home one weekend and that was that. Jack will be there to greet and play with all the campers as they arrive each morning!.

Vayda is our 9 year old chocolate lab, who is the sweetest girl you will ever meet. She is very laid back and loves to please her family (including getting the paper for us in the morning so we don't have to venture out into the cold!!). She still enjoys playing ball, going for walks and swimming in our pool.

Chloe is our 9 year old miniature long haired dachshund. She is the little princess of the pack, and loves to follow her mommy around the house. She may be little, but don't be mistaken- she thinks she's the boss!
