With Valentine’s Day approaching and puppy love in the air, Camp Bow Wow will once again act as matchmaker for humans seeking their furry, four-pawed soul mates.
On Feb. 16th, Camp Bow Wow Moore will host Cupids & Canines, a national adoption event to help people and pups looking to make a love match.
Adoptable dogs from Second Chance Sanctuary and Heartland Lab Rescue will attend the event in hopes of finding their forever homes and putting a cute face on the good work done by the organization.
Camp Bow Wow Moore’s event will also feature a “Best Kisser” contest, a “Best Trick” contest, and a “Dog /Owner Look-a-like” contest. We will also be offering free grooming by Sassy Suds by appointment only. Donations will go to Second Chance Sanctuary. Camp Bow Wow Moore is located at 105 Sutton Circle in Moore. We are easy to find on the Northeast corner of 12th St. and I-35.
Our new camp is 8,300 sq ft with 4 large indoor play areas. We have 4 outdoor play areas totaling 4000 sq ft. Our certified Camp Counselors are planning activities and looking forward to a summer of fun with our furry friends.
Each camper will have an individual interview and be placed in a pack that best fits their size, personality and age. Family members can view their campers live on-line via our doggy cams in each of our indoor and outdoor play areas.
At bedtime, our overnight boarders will receive a campfire treat and be tucked into their cabins to snooze the night away with classical music playing throughout the camp.

Campsite Amenities
Camp Bow Wow is a premier doggy day care and non-traditional boarding kennel, which means the pups are busy with camp activities during the day and go to their cabins only at mealtime and bedtime.
The campsite is a combination of large climate-controlled indoor and sizeable outdoor space for short hiking trips. Each Camper will be assigned his or her private Cabin (although siblings are allowed to stay in the same cabin) including a comfy cot and private dining. To make sure our Campers do not get homesick, we welcome you to bring a little piece of home with them, such as their favorite toy, pillow, or blanket (the other camper’s will never know!).
Inside Camp Bow Wow, you will find several play areas so that Campers with similar interests (constant play or simply a spectator), temperament, age, and size can play together. The outdoor campgrounds are separated as well and offer a variety of easy agility equipment, and swimming pools to play on. When bedtime rolls around, campers will be tucked into their cozy cabins with a campfire treat while the counselors lull them into dreamland with classical music.
The Camp Showers are located on-site as well in case a Camper needs a bath, trim, or nails done before returning home.
Camp Registration
Of course, there is paperwork to be completed before leaving your Camper with us, but we promise to keep it simple. Here is a list of what you need to bring to the pre-stay interview:
Verification of up-to-date vaccinations including Rabies, Distemper, and Bordatella (kennel cough).
The name, address, and phone numbers of an emergency contact and your Veterinarian if you have one you prefer to use.
That’s it! Just don’t forget to bring your social, spayed/neutered Camper with you when you visit so we can meet.
