Hello,
I just wanted to tell you how happy I am with the Staten island CBW, which opened recently.
My dog, Daisy, had been going to another daycare on the island, and although they had good intentions, they did not have the space or organization to handle the demand. She was clearly stressed when entering the daycare and we ended up using a dog walker instead.
I have to say that she is visibly excited to be at CBW and when I watch her on the “Camper Cams”(which I LOVE!!) I can tell that she’s happy and balanced and having a great time. The owner, Diane, is knowledgeable and takes the time to me about Daisy’s day and her staff are all professional and caring. I can’t tell you how wonderful it is to have the peace of mind, knowing (and seeing) that Daisy is enjoying herself and being treated well.

I take my baby to Camp Bow Wow in Staten Island, I only have the best things to say about this place. They are soo caring, wonderful, clean and treat your dogs as if they were their own! If you are looking for a great place for your dogs to play when you are at work, this is it! Plus they have cameras on lve which you can view from your office or home! They also have fantastic boarding as well.

This is a testimonial in praise of Diane and the staff of the recently opened Camp Bow Wow in Staten Island N.Y. As a dog owner and one who believes that one who has a dog should treat it like a family member, I can honestly say that from day one, I was impressed with the way the Camp Bow Wow facility in the way that it was immaculately clean and just plain beautiful constructed. As for my Golden Retriever “Diva” it was love at first sight between her and the staff. Diva was in need of socializing and her visits to the came have had a calming effect on her making it possible for me to greet other people while walking her without her pulling me or jumping up for attention. In closing, I would like to say to anyone who has any apprehension about boarding their dog, go and visit Camp Bow Wow in Staten Island, YOU WILL BE IMPRESSED and more importantly you can leave your dog off with peace of mind knowing that the care for your pet couldn’t be better.

Dear Dianne and the staff at camp bow wow,
I just want to thank all of you for the amazing care my two babies, Fred & Rufus receive when they are at camp bow wow. I never boarded or sent my dogs to daycare and if it wasn't for all of you I probably never would. Now Fred & Rufus have a place to go to have some fun and burn off some energy and I know they are happy and safe. It is also a joy to know when we go on vacation my little ones get to go on vacation too. It gives me piece of mind to know that I can sign in at anytime to check in on them. I tell everyone I meet about Camp Bow Wow and how wonderful everyone is. You have campers for life. We Love You Guys !!

Camp Bow Wow Staten Island…What can I say about Diane & her staff. They are the most amazing people & animal caregivers. When CBW first opened I was getting ready to go away & had my dog Jack booked at another day care & boarding facility on SI. My dog spent a day there & came home aggressive & nervous, for my sweet Jack that is unusual. I kept driving by CBW to see if they had opened & to my surprise they had… just 4 days prior to me leaving town. I dropped Jack off for his initial free visit, when I returned to pick him up, he was happy, playful & his usual sweet self. As a matter of fact he did not want to leave Diane & her staff. Diane & her staff worked diligently that week with their corporate office to prepare to board Jack for us that weekend…and they made it happen… Jack had a safe & wonderful time while we were away. We have never looked back Jack goes to CBW regularly & comes home so mellow & has even worked through some trust issues he had (Jack is a rescue dog) Diane & staff you are amazing people. Thank you for all you do for Jack every week. Folks run out & sign up your dogs for Camp Bow Wow immediately, you won’t regret it. Welcome to Staten Island CBW…boy did we need you! Here's the woof...

I just recently started sending my baby, Samantha, to Camp Bow Wow in Staten Island, NY. She is my 4 year old doghter and I wanted to make sure in my absence she was in good hands. When I first walked into Camp Bow Wow I was immediately impressed with the facility. It was clean, organized, and has a well equipped and trained staff. Camp Bow Wow is far better than any other facility I investigated before finding Camp Bow Wow.
I was not only impressed with the facility. The owner, Diane, made me feel comfortable. She is a well trained, loving, intelligent person. I know that Diane will not only take care of my baby, but she will love my baby. Diane's daughter, who is also a part of Camp Bow Wow, has made the transition to doggy day care incredible easy. She is always helpful, cheery and friendly. You are never made to feel like you are a bather. If I can't get on-line to view Samantha, I can call to check on my baby at any time. They aim to meet all your pets needs.
I just can't say enough about them. I don't trust just anyone with Samantha, but I totally feel safe and secure knowing she is in good hands at Camp Bow Wow. I am now going on vacation for 10 days and never thought I would feel good about doing so....but now I can. The love and care your dog receives at Camp Bow Wow is unmatched.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of our most precious possessions, “Lorenzo”, “Lucia”, and “Jezzebelle” during our recent Christmas vacation. We viewed them every day in the play area and in the evening in their suite and they were very happy and having a great time. The car they received was exceptional. Your facility is very well run and your counselors are talented and caring. We especially wish to thank the counselor, whose name we unfortunately don’t know, who gave our “Jezzebelle” extra special love. We were worried about her because she was not with her brother and sister, “Lorenzo” and “Lucia” in the play area.
Again, thank you for making our Christmas vacation worry-free. Our dogs will be back when we next vacation.
