Socialization Interview and Temperament Testing:
This is a required free assessment prior to your pup's first Day Care or Boarding stay.
Interviews are by appointment only Monday thru Friday 7am to 1pm. Your dog must stay at minimum of 3 hours or may stay the remainder of the day.

POLICIES
Discounts – Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, multiple dog discounts or boarding packages.
Cancellation Policy - Day Camp. We must have 24-hour notice to cancel a Day Camp reservation or you will be charged the full amount for the day.
Cancellation Policy - Boarding Regular (non-holiday). We require 48-hour notice for a cancellation of the stay or shortening of the stay. If you fail to adhere to our cancellation policy you will be charged a late cancellation/no show fee equal to the cost of 2 nights of boarding (plus tax).
Cancellation Policy - Boarding Peak Season (holidays*). We require 72-hour notice for a cancellation of the stay or shortening of the stay. If you fail to adhere to our cancellation policy you will be charged a late cancellation/no show fee equal to the cost of 2 nights of boarding (plus tax).
*New Years Eve, New Years Day, Winter Recess (February), Spring Break (March), Spring Break (April), Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day are all considered holidays. A holiday stay is any stay that falls within 5 days of a recognized holiday.
Refund Policy - We offer no refunds on any products, packages, or boarding stays. If you have paid up front for any of our services and have a change of plans, or need to cancel, your account will be credited. All credits will stay on the account to be used at a future date.
Grooming –We want your dog's experience at camp to be a positive one so if your Camper becomes stressed during the bathing or blow drying, we will stop and notify you that it could not be completed. Some breeds are too large to accomodate at Camp or have coats that require the experience of a professional. If this is the case we will refer you to a groomer that can perform the services you need.
Interview – This day is free but is required prior to your pup attending day or overnight camp and is by appointment only, Monday - Saturday 8am - 10am. Interviews take about 30 minute of the camp parent's time but the whole day for the new camper. Checkout time for this day only is from 5pm - 7pm so we have a full day to get to know your camper(s).
Payment – We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover. *A charge of $25 applies to any returned checks / bounced checks.
Vaccinations - Camp attendence requires that all vaccinations be up to date according to Camp Bow Wow Rochester's vaccination policy. Vaccination status is checked when your reserveration is made. It is our camp parents responsibility to make sure their camper's vaccinations are current. If you are unsure of your Camper's vaccinations, just give Camp a call and we would be happy to check for you.
