We built Camp Bow Wow Albuquerque as a full-service destination so your dog gets everything they need in a single visit. Here’s what each of our four services offers your pup and your peace of mind. All Campers must weigh at least 11 lbs to join the fun.
Dog Daycare
Our Dog Daycare program gives your pup a full day of supervised play in both indoor and outdoor play yards. Dogs socialize freely in our open-play environment while Camp Counselors monitor every interaction, helping keep energy healthy and everyone safe. It’s structured activity without the confinement. It’s the kind of day dogs genuinely enjoy.
Dog Boarding
Overnight Campers don’t miss out on the fun. Boarding dogs continue to participate in daycare play during their stay at no extra charge. Each evening, your dog retires to their own individual Cabin with a cozy cot, fleece blanket, and a nightly treat. It’s all included in the boarding rate. Medication administration is handled on-site at no additional cost as well.
Dog Grooming
Our on-site Dog Grooming means your dog can go from the play yard to a full bath and brush without ever leaving Camp. Scheduling grooming alongside daycare or boarding saves you an extra trip and keeps your pup looking their best in a familiar environment.
Dog Enrichment
Dog Enrichment goes beyond standard play. These activities are designed to engage a dog’s natural instincts, encourage curiosity, and keep minds active alongside bodies. Dogs who are mentally stimulated as well as physically active may settle better at home and leave Camp genuinely satisfied.

Benny loves it here
Benny loves it here. He was at a different daycare in town, but he was becoming more dog-reactive the longer he was there. Bow Wow has an outdoor area in each enclosure, so maybe it doesn’t feel as claustrophobic? I don’t know, but his reactivity has gotten better since he started going here. You can watch them on camera, and he’s always getting cuddles from the counselors.

Camp Bow Wow saved our trip!!
We arrived in Albuquerque after midnight for our trip from Denver. When we arrived at the home we rented, it was not what we thought it would be. There was nowhere for our dog to be unattended! We were very stressed as we had a ton of activities each day and the dog was not able to be at them.
I contacted Camp Bow Wow at 7:30 AM, walked in at 8:15 AM, and had a pet interview by 9:15 AM day of!! Our dog stayed the entire day and was approved for doggy day care! We then booked the following 3 days for full day doggy day care. He would come home SO TIRED. It was PERFECT!! He even got a free bath as part of our initial 3-day purchase!
On top of all this, the staff were incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful.

I love this place already!
I love this place already! I was so emotional dropping Bubbles off for her interview. Watching her on the cameras in the lobby while the staff got her situated and conducted a slow introduction. But the manager made sure to talk to me and keep my mind at ease. Being able to watch her the entire time as she played and got distant, played again, and got still. It was, after all, her first time. But every time it showed she didn't feel into it, I could see the staff in the room usher the other dogs away from her gently to redirect their attention elsewhere and give her space. I am taking her again tomorrow for her first official full day and looking forward to watching her have some fun and socialization.

Camp Bow Wow is amazing! My dog has separation anxiety and I have had medical problems. Camp Bow Wow has been so wonderful with our surprise medical emergencies. Camp Bowwow Albuquerque made my pups' vacation as much fun as mine! I came from Austin to spend a week in Albuquerque for the Gathering of Nations Powwow. My pups spent the first few days of the week enjoying play days, and finally boarded on Friday and Saturday night while I was at the Powwow.
They had a great time! One of my pups tends to be shy, and I could tell when she came home she had more confidence around new people and new pups! It was a great experience, great team, and if we're ever back in town, Bonnie and Clyde will be back!

Camper Screening & Camp Counselor Oversight
Every dog completes a socialization interview before joining Camp. This process helps us confirm each new Camper is a good fit for open-play and protects the dogs already in our care.
