Meet Our Counselors
This is one of our Camp Counselors, Nicole with Fozzie Bear. Fozzie can't seem to get enough of Nicole and follows her around in the play area. Nicole loves Fozzie and his attention, so she is happy that he is featured with her.
Nicole has a real passion for animals. She devotes most of if her time to them at either CBW, the Hopewell Vet Group, where she also works, and/or caring for her own pets. She has a smooth Collie/black Lab mix named Danny, three cats, two rats and several fish. Nicole enjoys anything she can read or watch regarding animal behaviors. Her favorite TV Shows are " The Dog Whisperer" and "It's Me or the Dog". |

Our Adopted Foster Dogs from 2009
In 2009, Camp Bow Wow Lawrenceville helped rehome 9 dogs from various rescue groups. These dogs were in our care until their forever homes were found. Rescue groups from the area are in need of foster homes and CBW loves to help. Foster homes are temporary homes for adoptive dogs. A foster home is a great benefit to these dogs, who without one, would most likely be housed in a shelter. Shelter environments can be damaging to some pets and can hurt their chances of finding the right home. A foster home allows the dog to get used to a home environment, learn commands, overcome any fears, and get additional socialization. If you are interested in fostering a dog for one of your local rescue groups or shelters, let us know. We may be able to offer tips. Some of our staff members are foster "pawrents" in their own homes, so they are very knowledgeable when it comes to helping adoptive dogs.
The following dogs are those who CBW fostered throughout 2009 and are now in wonderful, loving homes:
Earl
Dexter
Violet
Ellie
Bandita (now Pippi)
Lola (now Devin)
Frederick
Max and Rags
Please help us make 2010 as successful by supporting us in our effort to find our fosters loving homes. If you are looking to add a member to your family or know someone who is, let us know! We almost always have a foster dog at one of our locations. Any foster dog information is posted on our bulletin board in our lobby. |

Did you know that Camp Bow Wow loves to teach kids about dogs?
Camp Bow Wow is very interested in helping kids learn about dog care and dog safety. In order to do this, we offer tours to groups such as girl scouts, boy scouts, 4H clubs, school groups, etc. Along with the tour we conduct a fun learning session focusing on learning about dog breeds, how to be a responsible dog owner, and how to safely be around dogs.
If you are interested in bringing a group to Camp Bow Wow, contact Roxanne at 609-689-3647 or via e-mail at lawrenceville@campbowwowusa.com. |

Camp Bow Wow started in 2000 and we have grown to 108 open Camps nationwide (and one in Canada!). We were recently ranked as the 447th fastest growing private company on the INC magazine 500 for 2009 list – and, we couldn’t have done it without our loyal customers! As we continue to grow, our simple philosophy remains the same: It’s all about the dogs!
Lawrenceville Camp Bow Wow will celebrate our third anniversary in June while our Camp Bow Wow in Bridgewater will be five years old in June. |
