Our dog Michi loves when he goes to Camp Bow Wow in Elmwood, NJ. He runs from the car to get inside. They have clean play areas inside and outside. They always offer many extra activities for a small fee, well worth it, such as puzzles, hide and seek with treats, ball pits, and cuddle times. The staff are professional, friendly, and offer a safe environment for Michi to spend his day while we are working.

I took my dog for an interview and the staff was extremely welcoming. I appreciate Anthony, Christina, and Michael (hopefully I got everyone’s name correct). I also appreciate the interview process being free as I’ve seen other places charge a fee.
The facility was clean and all the dogs who entered the building seemed so excited to be there. It’s extremely important that I send my dog somewhere that is welcoming, attentive, safe, and overall a positive environment and I feel like this location may be all of those things. I also like having access to the live camera feed which gives me peace of mind. I look forward to sending my dog here more frequently.

There’s truly no place other than Camp Bow Wow Elmwood Park where I would ever board my dogs, Juba and Bug. Leaving your pets behind is never easy, but I have complete peace of mind every time they stay here.
I know without a doubt that they are exceptionally well cared for. Roman and his team are incredibly attentive and genuinely engaged with the dogs—they’re not just supervising, they’re interacting, playing, and making sure each pup feels comfortable and happy.
One of my favorite features is the live camera access. Being able to check in and actually see how Juba and Bug are doing throughout the day is invaluable. Every time I look, I see them being treated with care and attention, which reinforces my trust in the team.
If you’re looking for a place where your dogs will be safe, happy, and truly cared for, this is it.

My Dog Loved Camp Bow Wow
I have been looking for a good daycare for my dog and was recommended by Adrianna from Camp Bow Wow. My dog knows her from another daycare that I stopped taking my dog to because we were not happy with them taking care of our fur baby and they had no yard for the dogs to go outside. My dog loved Camp Bow Wow and he got to see Adrianna again that he loves. So glad she recommended Camp Bow Wow. They took so good care of our boy. It is great the dogs can go in and outside. Everyone there we met were great, very kind and caring for my dog, and we felt safe leaving him there. Definitely will recommend this place to everyone!

I don’t use the service of Camp Bow Wow too often, maybe two or three times a year; however, whenever I do use their service, I am always confident that my dog is treated very well. The majority of the time, there were no incidences; however, if there is an issue, I always get a phone call informing me of the situation. I would suggest if you need to avoid your dog for a few days that you call Camp Bow Wow and speak to Roman or Susan. They will take very good care of your pet.

Hello CBW family! Well, CBW in Elmwood Park, NJ has done it again! This is the third baby girl, Ellery, that I've taken to this facility! It is my Ellery's home away from home! Her first day was Tuesday 8/12 for their interviewing process. Ellery graduated! All staff members were very attentive to her needs, let me watch her in training, and I was overwhelmed with the love, care, camaraderie among staff, owners, myself, and my angel, Ellery! Without a doubt, there is no other facility that I know of that administers this kind of care to your beautiful baby. The live streaming video feed is the best thing
Wonderful play time and care from Camp Bow Wow! I had to board my emotional support dog overnight and he had a blast playing with the other dogs. The live streaming video feed is the best thing in the world. I could see my dog having fun and getting love and pets from staff. The cameras are off overnight, but I'm sure he slept well. He's still tired today and resting contentedly. Thank you to all the staff who watched over my pup!
