The mission of the Bow Wow Buddies Foundation is to promote the health and welfare of dogs worldwide by focusing on finding foster and lifetime homes for unwanted dogs, promoting humane education and treatment, and investing in research and treatment for dogs devastated by illness and disease.

Camp Bow Wow's goal for the year of 2009 is to adopt out 2009 dogs throughout CBW franchises in the US. We are well on our way, but could use your help! REN

RENNY is a 2 year-old and 21 pound Fox terrier/Jack Russell terrier mix. He was brought to the shelter when his owners divorced. Animal Alliance does not know much about his history, We have observed that he has the terrier smarts. RENNY may enjoy being enrolled in agility classes. His kind of terriers love to be taught tricks and are often found in television commercials and films. RENNY enjoys a game of fetch and playing with his toys. We think that he might have lived in the country, as he was initially not accustomed to being on a leash. RENNY does not require professional grooming, just brushing several times a week. Once secure in his new home, RENNY will be an enthusiastic and eager companion. A fenced in yard is a must lest this dog follow his instincts to hunt. This dog is a great choice for exercise buffs and people that love to backpack. He will tag along on most any adventure and love being part of the fun. Boots, Cedric, and Ebona

These 3 sweet, adult Cocker Spaniels are looking for new homes. Their beloved owner had to make the heart breaking decision to find them new homes due to health problems. Boots has lots of spunk and is a bit more outgoing than Cedric and Ebona. Boots and Cedric likes to play with tennis balls. Ebona is a little on the shy side but warms up quickly. All would enjoy short walks and a nice soft bed of their own. Boots, Cedric, and Ebona are up to date on shots and housebroken. Jackson

Just take one look at Jackson who for some unknown reason became homeless and ended up at an inner city shelter. He might have met a tragic end, however, this was not to be. With his big brown eyes and quizzical gaze, he touched our volunteer's heart. She just could not leave him behind in a cage at the shelter. Jackson rode to safety in our Animal Alliance foster network. Jackson, is 5 years-old, has a black and white coat and weighs 10 pounds. He will make a wonderful companion and is eager to please. Because of his minimal exercise requirements he would be well suited for life in an apartment or small house. Jackson is easy to groom and thrives on love. He is an endearing little one and might be very happy as a second dog with a little female companion.
