Second Chance Pups Dog Training Program Second Chance Pups offers a very unique opportunity to dogs and inmates at the Nebraska State Penitentiary.  Inmates can volunteer for the dog training program to teach obedience, train, and socialize dogs selected from the Rescue Shelters.  This program not only give the pup a better chance of being adopted, but helps in the rehabilitation of the inmates aswell. The training helps the dogs become better canine citizens and have a second chance at a life long relationship with a loving family.
