1. At Camp Bow Wow® Concord, it's all about the dogs. Unlike traditional dog kennels, our camp does not
charge extra for medication, meals, treats, webcams, walks, playtime or potty breaks. We offer a one-price guarantee for daycare and boarding.
2. We do not charge extra for larger cabins. At Camp Bow Wow®, all campers are treated equally and enjoy a tasty bedtime treat before being tucked into their comfy, raised cot with fleece blanket. Our 4' x 4' cabins are comfy and cozy for all cuddly canines, our 4' x 8' cabins are spacious enough for two, and our massive 5' x 10' cabins can comfortably house multiple family members. Three sizes, one low rate.
3. Camp Bow Wow® Concord is open 365 days a year, so you will never pay an extra night's stay. Camp is open every weekend and holiday, and we do not have set pick-up or drop-off times.

Package and promotion policies:
Daycare packages expire six months after purchase date. No refunds
after 30 days of sale. For any refund given within 30 days, all used days will
be charged at the normal day camp rate. Day camp promotions may not be
applied toward overnight camp. Only one discount per client.

Boarding policies:
You are more than welcome to bring your pup's own doggy bed, toys,
food, treats, etc. free of charge. However, please be aware that Camp
Bow Wow® is not responsible for any misplaced or damaged items.
Rawhide bones are not permitted in the cabins overnight for safety
reasons. Thanks and woof!

In an effort to accommodate all client reservations, Camp Bow Wow® Concord has the following cancellation policies. Please make day camp and boarding reservations in advance.
Day Camp
For each dog, a full day of camp will be charged for any reservation not canceled 24-hours in advance.
Overnight Dog Boarding
For each dog, there will be a two-night fee charged for any "no-show" and a one-night fee charged for any reservation canceled less than 48-hours in advance.
Holiday Reservations
For each dog, there will be a two-night fee charged for any "no-show" and a one-night fee charged for any reservation canceled less than 72-hours in advance. This policy includes any reservation up to three (3) days before or after a nationally recognized holiday.
Late Fees and Charges
A fee of $1 per minute will be charged for every minute a camper is picked up after business hours. After fifteen minutes, the camper will be boarded overnight, and the guardian will be charged twice the standard boarding fee for each night the camper is boarded without a reservation.
