Sundance
Camp Bow Wow of Chapel Hill on Bennett Memorial is THE BEST doggie daycare!!! My dog, Sundance, has been there since the day the camp opened, and he LOVES Camp Bow Wow of Chapel Hill. I love it, too. I trust them and can recommend them wholeheartedly. Sundance had been to other dog daycares before (including another Camp Bow Wow) and this one is head & shoulders above ALL of the rest.. He really lets me know when he doesn't like something (as in he will refuse to get in the car or he will refuse to go inside the building), but he is always OVERJOYED to go to camp at "Aunt Nancy's" and is happy (& tired) every time I pick him. He LOVES going to camp there. He goes to camp every day. Nancy is the owner & she loves your dog the way she loves her dogs, which is great. She's the best!! Amy is the manager, and she has the biggest heart in the world. The whole staff is great, & I never worry about my dog when he is there. They keep the place super clean. The dogs get to play and exercise and interact with other dogs. Loving treatment given to all of the dogs . They always have your dog's best interest at heart. Each camp is an individual franchise & THIS ONE IS THE BEST!!!! You can watch your dog at camp on-line through the web cams. Dogs go through an interview to make sure they get along with other dogs. Aggressive, anti-social, biting dogs are turned away. They do things right. They care more about the safety of the dogs than the bottom line. You couldn’t ask for a better doggie daycare!!! Jesse and Seamus
Camp Bow Wow is our dogs' home away from home. They love it, and we love having a place to take them - for the day, or for a week - where they can play freely with other dogs and be overseen by a staff of people who really care about them. Our dogs enjoy weekly trips to "day camp" where they play all day and come home tired and happy; and we enjoy worry-free vacations when they stay at "overnight camp." Camp Bow Wow is a lifesaver for our family!

Wimbleton
When my husband and I got our puppy, Wimbleton, we began our search for a doggy day care in the area. We talked with our vet, who spoke very highly of the Chapel Hill Camp Bow Wow, and called to schedule an interview for Wimbleton as soon as he was old enough to attend. Now Wimbleton is a regular camper and he LOVES going to Camp! In fact, he loves it so much that sometimes on the weekends when he first started going, we would go out for our morning walk and he would sit in front of the car waiting for his ride to Camp, not realizing it wasn't a Camp day! Our experiences with Camp Bow Wow have been wonderful and have been above and beyond anything we could have expected. All of the people who work at Camp Bow Wow are so caring and helpful. They truly care about the specific needs of each dog and they always go out of their way to help with everything from medicine to special food diets.
They definitely show how much they really care about the dogs in everything that they do!

Big Lucy or Monkey Girl
My husband and I don't yet have children, so Lucy, our Newfoundland, is every bit our baby. When we first brought Lucy home, she was a crazy puppy with boundless energy and an insatiable desire to eat shoes, gnaw chair legs, and chase the cats. We knew we needed to act fast, and so we began to research doggy day care facilities. Almost immediately, Camp Bow Wow of Chapel Hill set itself apart. We were impressed with the Camper Cams - we loved that we could check in on Lucy from work and watch Lucy play with her friends. We also loved that Lucy would be playing the entire time that she was there, unlike at other doggy day care facilities at which Lucy would be in a kennel but would be let out for several play sessions during the course of the day.
Three years later, however, what we - and Lucy - love most about Camp Bow Wow of Chapel Hill is the staff. We trust them implicitly because we know that they love Lucy as if she were their own puppy dog. When Lucy was about a year-and-a-half old, she tore the ACL in both of her knees and had to undergo two separate surgeries. During her recovery period, we had to go out of town for a funeral. While we would ordinarily be tortured at the thought of leaving Lucy in such a vulnerable condition, we were immensely grateful that we could rely, without hesitation, upon the staff at Camp Bow Wow of Chapel Hill to care for Lucy while we were away.
For her part, Lucy adores Nancy and all of the Camp Bow Wow of Chapel Hill staff. She loves to play with her friends at camp and is particularly excited on warm summer days when Camp Bow Wow of Chapel Hill sets up wading pools for all of the campers.
I simply can't say enough about Camp Bow Wow of Chapel Hill. It is, undoubtedly, the best of its breed!

Remi
Our boxer, Remi (Remington), is 2 years 9 months old and has been playing at Camp BowWow since he was 4 months old. On Tuesday and Friday mornings, we merely say the word "camp" and he is raring to go! His time at Camp BowWow has been a life saver! When I pick him up in the afternoons, he is still happy as can be, but once home and after a few quick "fast dogs" around the house, he eats his dinner and is down for the count.
The camp staff are so very accommodating and friendly. We've never once been worried or concerned about Remi's care. And it's also reassuring to be able to watch him on the Doggy Cam as he plays and interacts with the other dogs as well as the staff.
Thank you, Nancy and staff, for providing such a clean, safe, and loving facility for our boy to play the day away.
Gratefully,
Holly

Huddi
When we first adopted Huddi, we thought he would be a bundle of puppy fun and energy, and he didn’t disappoint! Huddi wakes up every morning ready to face any new adventure that may come his way. He even resists sleep - afraid he may miss something.
Soon into our first month with Huddi, we discovered he was deaf. This disability, mixed with a turbulent first few months of life, led him to be somewhat unaware of humans and unmotivated by affection. These issues created bonding and training difficulties for us.
We also quickly discovered that Huddi would need far more exercise than our busy days allowed and sought out a doggie daycare facility. The staff at Camp Bow Wow completely put my mind at ease. They welcomed Huddi into their pack and embraced his crazy ways and never-ending energy.
Since his time at Camp Bow Wow, Huddi has grown into a young adolescent. Although his mischievousness will still pop up, he has become far more attentive and affectionate towards people. This has allowed Huddi to make greater gains in his training and have a stronger bond towards humans.
I am forever grateful to the staff at Camp Bow Wow for their caring nature, constant patience, and eternal love of dogs.

Boone
Boone adores Camp Bow Wow/Chapel Hill and everyone there. Boone has been coming to Camp since Nancy opened. Nancy, Amy and the staff have worked with Boone to become more outgoing around people and other dogs. Boone now jumps and plays with the other dogs instead of watching from the side. When Boone arrives he must greet everyone before coming to say bye and then off to play. Boone loves to take his after lunch nap with the staff. The staff worries over him as much as I do. I know every time I leave him at Camp he is safe and happy.
Thank you to everyone at Camp Bow Wow/Chapel Hill
