Camp Bow Wow delivers a great experience
We had been with a cheaper local doggy daycare for three years, until my American Bully mix was āexpelledā for a conflict caused by an admitted staff error. Sad that even in this industry there is breed bias, but you get what you pay for. Since switching to Camp BW, we have been extremely pleased with the service and attention she receives. Staff raves about her even temperament and polite nature, and there have been zero incidents. It just goes to show that environment matters, and Camp Bow Wow delivers a great experience.

They Took Their Time to Get Him Used
I was so nervous to bring my dog Hank as he was very afraid of people, but he had a blast! They took their time to get him used to everything and made sure his first day was a great day. They even texted me photos throughout the day of him playing, which helped ease my nerves. He had so much fun and napped the whole rest of the day. I know he will be so excited to come back next time!

My dog, Will, doesnāt attend very often, but the staff always remember him, which means a lot. He never even looks back to say goodbyeāthatās when I know heās in good hands. I also love the convenience of the app for scheduling and being able to check in on the daycare cameras. I recently got Will a Fi Collar, and itās been fun to see how active he is during the day. At his previous daycare, he wasnāt nearly as active. I also enjoy splurging on the little extras, like signing him up for the daily activities. There are a couple of things Iāve noticed that could be improved but arenāt deal breakers. The staff rarely answer the phone, which is why I recommend using the app for scheduling. And when I boarded Will, the treats I packed for him werenāt given. Overall, though, I feel confident leaving Will here, and he always comes home happy and tired.

Gideon Always Comes Back Tired
Camp Bow Wow Springfield West always does such a great job with our Gideon. It is easy to use the app to book reservations and update vaccination records and the staff is so friendly when we drop off and pick up. Our Golden Retriever Brady's stay at Camp Bow Wow was SO good it was like he had been on a bachelor's party weekend with the guys from The Hangover movie. He was so wiped out from having so much fun that when we got him home all he wanted to do for 36 hrs was lay on his side on the tile floor! And the dude is only 1 1/2 yrs old. We've used CBW for our previous dog and love the fact that we can see our dog on the Camper Cams. Our dogs have always been well cared for at the CBW's we've used. Highly recommend.
