The staff is very professional and very friendly. They walked me through the steps to get my dog registered and it went very smoothly. The facility is very spacious. The lobby was large enough for several dogs at once and there were lots of rooms that the dogs could socialize, including plenty of outdoor space. The drop-off and pick-up process was very efficient. The pet-cams were the best feature as you could check in on your dog in real time and see what they were doing. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

We found out about Camp Bow Wow while traveling. We LOVE IT! The most recent location we used was in Plymouth, MN. It was clean and the staff was very attentive to our needs. We can check in on the webcams at any time and Charlie was always wagging and happy. Thor Simply Loves Camp Bow Wow
Thor simply loves Camp Bow Wow. He can't wait to go there early in the morning, and he grabs his leash every time my other dog, Hoppy, barks or growls at him. He never wants to leave to go home and always has a wonderful time playing with his friends. My original reason for taking him to Camp Bow is because he has separation anxiety, and I think they are helping with that.

We feel he is well cared for when we board him there while we are gone. We have been going there since 2012 and they are simply amazing and we know the staff, which makes it feel like family. Think of how the dogs must feel so loved.
Recently, we lost our sweet little girl, Bailey! As I was dropping off our other two dogs for our trip, the owners handed me a card. I didn't have time to read it until I got onto the airplane and I nearly started crying. It was so sweet. I will be framing this and putting the card next to Bailey's paw prints! My sweet girl, I miss her so much!
On our trip, we decided to put our names in for an English teddy bear Goldendoodle that was born on March 24, 2026. She will be coming home with us on May 19.

We've had nothing but good experiences at Camp Bow Wow! Our pup is in training and can get pretty rambunctious when playing, but they've been incredibly patient with her. They are always open to answering our questions as well. They also know her by name and we love that! She comes home thoroughly exhausted, which is a good sign that she's had a very fun day! She is a chewer and the team has been so helpful with communicating with us about it and have, again, been very patient with us and her as we try to navigate this behavior. They keep her safe and happy and that's exactly what we want for our pup. Thank you, Camp Bow Wow team!

Highly, highly recommend this place. We were at our wits' end with our 65-lb rescue puppy, Kobe, who is a mix of nearly every active breed you can imagine (heeler, husky, border collie, etc.). Several walks per day, trying to play with him inside at night, and it still wasn't enough. We found Bow Wow and now he gets to play several hours a day and get all his energy out. He loves going there - basically forgets who we are the second we get out of the car, and pulls wildly on the leash to get inside and see his friends. When he gets home, he is happy and chill. And the staff is great - it's clear they all love dogs. Even though they have hundreds of dogs coming through every week, we're very often greeted by name: "Here to pick up Kobe?" Great place run by great people.
