The staff was very friendly and answered my questions. I would like to be able to see the entire facility. I understand that they don't want people walking amongst the dogs, but perhaps they can schedule walk-throughs for their human clients at certain times of the day when dogs are kenneled. I think it is important for the human clients to see the facility their fur babies are being cared for in. And the webcam quality is okay. It is nice to be able to see your dog "in action"!

Beau is a very shy dog and a bit anxious. He's usually stand-offish with people he doesn't know. But I watched the live streaming and saw him following the staff person around, asking for—and getting—a hug and some petting. I am very pleased by how he responded to the friendliness of the staff. Our dogs have a great time here! They are here most of the time for daycare. They are both on the shy side, but stay with the pack 😄 and are wiped out at day's end. Staff is very nice and attentive to needs. Highly recommend!

We have had our 130 lb German Shepherd (Ajax) enrolled since he was 1 year old. He loves going. He loves seeing his "friends." We get pictures all week long while we are out of town. They do such a great job with him. We love watching him on the cameras.

Pro: Friendly, present workers/aides each time we’ve had our dog there for daycare (3 times now), both at the desk and taking our dog in. Our girl is a young 45 lbs sweetie with lots of energy and loves to play! Love the pics sent during sniff & seek times. Con: I was told we (the customer) cannot see where the dogs are kept when not in the play rooms? The lack of ability to see where the dogs are kept makes me worry about what that looks like. The only other frustration is not knowing what camera on the website to check for her - so I end up checking them all.

Ability to check on them via cams
We have only left our dogs at Camp Bow Wow twice. The dogs seem to enjoy themselves, and there is plenty of staff to care for everyone. We particularly enjoy the ability to check on them from time to time via cams in the play areas. Unfortunately, our dogs aren't as outgoing as some, so it's sometimes difficult to spot them, but when we do, they seem to be okay with their new surroundings.
