About Camp Bow Wow Brighton

ABOUT US
Premier Doggy Daycare and Boarding
Camp Bow Wow is a premier doggy day care and non-traditional boarding facility. It's a place where a dog can be a dog. This means our furry friends are busy with camp activities during the day and go to their cabins to relax at meal time and bedtime.
Why Doggy Daycare?
“Where does the time go,” is a common phrase for most people as we run here and there trying to fit in work schedules, everyday chores and chauffeuring children to various activities. Often our dogs are left home alone, not getting the exercise or attention they need or deserve. And when left to entertain themselves, mischief can certainly occur!
Camp Bow Wow is the place where your pup can play with other pups and work off all that extra energy! They will be healthier as they reap the benefits of exercise and socialization while having lots of fun romping & playing with their canine friends. What this means is that you no longer have to leave your dog alone while you work, or come home to chewed up furniture or holes in your new garden. Your pup will “Play all day and snooze the night away”
The Choice for Overnight Boarding
Vacation? Formal Dinner (at your home)? Business Trip? Allergic house quest? Camp Bow Wow offers safe supervised doggy day care and overnight boarding that makes the word “kennel” obsolete. Camper Cams allow family to watch their campers at play and brings peace of mind knowing their four-legged companions are happy and loved. Siblings can share an oversized cabin to make it feel more like home. Evening “campfire” treats and soothing bedtime music are always included in your dog’s stay. With all that and lots of TLC, your pups will sleep soundly while you are away.

Pre-Stay Interview and Registration
Safety is our first priority when pups are at play or camping overnight. So, like any camp, we do have some rules for all dogs.
- Campers must be at least 4 months old
- Spayed or neutered (if 6 months old or older)
- Current on all vaccinations (rabies, distemper, bordetella)
- Free from fleas and ticks
- Generally be in good health
- Pass the Pre-stay interview
Pre-Stay Interview
Our open play environment is not suited to every dog. All our campers must go through our Camp Interview to make sure that every dog has a good time at Camp Bow Wow. Dogs must be friendly toward people and other dogs. Like kids, dogs act differently when their guardian is not around. The interview allows us to see how your dog interacts with other dogs, and how he or she deals with people when you are not present. Interview days are always free and are by appointment only.
