We've been so happy with Camp Bow Wow for our Great Pyr when we're in town for a few weeks over the summers. The hours are great, the staff is friendly, and I can tell they genuinely love dogs/my dog. Our pup tends to be anxious in some situations and she is so excited when we pull up to CBW every time and doesn't even look back! While many of the newer counselors didn’t get the chance to know him, those who did will probably remember his sweet, stubborn spirit—especially how his favorite place was under the bridge outside. Rain, snow, or shine, once he found his spot, he was content and at peace, and we always felt comforted knowing he was exactly where he wanted to be.
Now our new pup, Miss Lady, couldn’t be more different, and she has brought her own special kind of joy to camp. She loves to howl like a little wolf, curl up in her cozy room, and take her time making her grand entrance. Sometimes it takes her 20 minutes just to walk through the door, but the moment she sees her favorite people—the counselors who greet her with so much warmth—her whole face lights up, and she becomes the happiest girl.

Camp Bow Wow will forever have a special place in our hearts. My little shy boy Tikaani started daycare there. He’s always been hesitant towards people but loves other dogs. He gets so excited in the mornings to go; before we can even fully wake up, he’s ready to hit the door. When we get there, he barely can wait to get out of the car and runs in, tail wagging, right up to give kisses and loves! It melts my heart so much seeing him love the staff members, especially being the shy boy he is. We went on vacation without him for the first time in May, and he boarded there. I only had to call once to check in because I knew he was in the best hands! Absolutely heartwarming how much care and love the staff members here have for the pups!

She’s Always Very Excited to Go to Daycare
Our girl Filly has been going here periodically since she was 1. So we have had 2 years of successful day care and overnight boarding. We have only had minor issues with food on her overnights. She’s always very excited to go to daycare and see her friends. The word “daycare” and “friends” is off limit in our house unless she’s going that day because she loses her mind in excitement. She knows exactly what we are talking about, and she gets wiggle butt and whimpers of excitement as soon as we turn onto the road. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Our Two Little Dogs Get All Excited
We are new to the area, and went on plenty of kennel tours for boarding, and occasional day care. We chose Camp Bow Wow because of the atmosphere and set up. The first visit was free, they do an evaluation, and your dog gets to stay for the day and play with the other pets. They are very transparent about letting you tour their facilities. They have cameras in every area, so you can virtually visit your dog during the day. Their app works very well. The people at Camp Bow Wow are very nice and accommodating. We have only taken the dogs twice so far, as we only joined last week. Our two little dogs know what the word "Camp Bow Wow" means even though they have only been twice. They get all excited and run for the garage door! It seems like a well thought out plan for a kennel!
