Holiday Deposit Policy

For major holidays and peak boaring periods including school Spring and Fall Breaks, we require a 50% deposit.  This deposit is applied directly to the boarding reservation and is fully refundable up to 72-hours prior to the start of the reservation.

Holiday Cancellation Policy

We require 72-hour notice for a cancellation or the security deposit will be forfeited. If we receive less than 24-hour notice of cancellation or no notification at all you will be charged the full amount of the reservation. 

Non-Holiday Cancellation Policy

If you fail to cancel a boarding reservation at least forty eight (48) hours in advance you will be charged for a full day of boarding.

Non-Show Policy

If you fail to cancel a reservation for a boarding, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to two (2) nights of boarding.
