Socialization Interview and Temperament Testing:

This is a required free assessment prior to your pup’s first Day Care or Boarding stay. Interviews are by appointment only Monday thru Friday. Your dog must stay at minimum 3 hours or may stay the remainder of the day.

CHECK IN: Preferred by 4PM which allows for dinner and play time. You can also bring your dog earlier in the day to enjoy a full day of play.

CHECK OUT: Any time between 7AM and 6:45PM Monday through Friday. Saturday, Sunday & Holidays, 8AM – 10:45AM or 4PM – 6:45PM

 

*Notes:  -Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same cabin. -Only one discount per stay per family. -Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, multiple dog discounts or boarding packages. -Military, teacher, medical, police and fire protection personnel discounts available at a full night rate.

Cancellation Policy – We require notification of a boarding cancellation at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for one full night of boarding; or, 72 hours notice is required for holiday boarding; or a two night’s stay will be charged if notification is not received prior to the first day boarding is to commence.

 

Holiday Stay Policy – Holiday reservations require a 3-night minimum stay to better accommodate all of our furry friends. (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas Day) A two night deposit is required when making the reservation and the remainder is DUE at the time of drop off.
