It's the place "Where a dog can be a dog". Your pups will get to socialize and play all day. This means you no longer have to worry about your favorite pair of shoes or furniture being

chewed on while your busy at work or just out running errands. Your pup will Play All Day, Snooze The Night Away™.

Your camper will be well taken care of at all times by our loving Camp Counselors. All of our counselors are certified by the American Red Cross in pet first aid.

We will need about 15-20 minutes of your time for the interview. Please make sure to bring your vaccination records as your pup will need to be current on Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella. We require our campers wear a quick release collar. If you do not have one, you may purchase a collar at Camp Bow Wow.

Safety is our main concern when your canine family member(s) is staying with us. So, here are a few camp rules:

Campers must be at least 4 months old
Spayed or Neutered if over 6 months
Current vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper & Bordatella
(canine cough)
Campers must be healthy
flea/tick free
friendly to all dogs
generally love to play
Pass the socialization interview
Campers must wear a quick release collar
Must pass a socialization interview

The Staff of Camp Bow Wow Swansea

Camp Bow Wow Swansea is locally owned and operated by lifetime O’Fallon residents, Gina and Paul Stroh. We are both dog lovers and wanted to start a business that would provide a safe and secure environment for people to take their loyal pals. When we saw Camp Bow Wow featured on AOL we immediately checked our their web site and were instantly sold on the Camp Bow Wow concept. Camp Bow Wow gives peace of mind to those dog owners who hate to leave their pup home alone or kenneled all day. We will offer the only "Play all day, Snooze the Night Away" Premier Doggy Day and Overnight Camp in the area. We hated leaving our dogs in a traditional kennel where they are in a small pen all day unless you paid extra; i.e. walks, play yard, snack.At Camp Bow Wow we serve our campers their own food during their stay to avoid upset tummies, and special requests for your camper; from medicines, extra treats, or special care for older pups and other requests are no problem – at no extra charge.In addition to sponsoring foster dogs that are looking for a permanent loving home, we will donate a percentage of our profits to local canine charities.
