Camp Bow Wow – Cedar Rapids
Jasper ~ adopted Feb 27!
Jasper is a very handsome and happy-go-lucky blue merle Australian Shepherd. He was picked up as a stray and is now at Camp Bow Wow where he is being fostered for Protégé Canine Rescue until he finds his new forever home. Jasper gets along well with other dogs and loves to spend time with people– he is a WONDERFUL DOG! He appears to know several obedience commands already, but will need some work on his leash skills. Jasper has shown a tendency to chase cats, so we are recommending that his new home be cat-free. Jasper weighs approximately 50 pounds, is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and is on flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. For more information on adopting Jasper, please email Jayne McQuillen at mcjayne@yahoo.com

McKenzie ~ adopted March 7!
McKenzie is a 3 year old, 65 pound lab mix who loves to play. Belly rubs are high on her list of favorites as well! McKenzie appears to know several obedience commands already, and will need some continuing work on leash skills. McKenzie is fast becoming a staff favorite at camp! If you are interested in adopting McKenzie she is available through Little Paws Dog Rescue, and you can visit www.littlepawsdogrescue.com for information on the adoption process.
