When Tootsie comes to Bow Wow, she “checks herself in.” She is so excited. This is a fantastic facility, and the team is our extended family. Tootsie gets hugs on the way in and out. But this is why I love it the most—she is exhausted when she gets home!

The Staff at Camp Bow Wow Is Amazing May 3, 2026

The staff at Camp Bow Wow is amazing. My girl Sophie is a rescue, and she was very nervous and shy for her first interview. Liz, their trainer, worked with her on two more visits until she felt comfortable being there and playing with other dogs. My other dog Lily was going there for 10 years before she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow!

I have utilized Camp Bow Wow Naples for prior dogs and now, my interview with a new member of the family. They do a great job integrating your dog with the pack, adding 1 dog to play with at a time until your dog is comfortable. The grooming, boarding, and, of course, the daily or drop-off play dates are all supervised, they clean up immediately any messes and are affectionate and playful with the dogs, all while you can watch, as they have a camera set up over the rooms for you to view at any time. FANTASTIC!

This was my pup's first visit at Camp Bow Wow Naples. He is a typical Frenchie, and they handled him awesomely. They seem to know what Frenchies need and took care of him very well. I will definitely return when I need boarding or daycare.

I’ve been using Camp Bow Wow Naples for years and overall, I’m very happy with the experience. The staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly cares about the dogs. The facility is well organized, and I especially love being able to check in on my dogs through the app and webcam—it gives great peace of mind while I’m away. That said, my only concern has been that my dogs consistently come home with a strong urine smell. Even their belongings, which were stored in a sealed container, had the same odor. Because of this, I usually have to take them straight to the groomer before bringing them home. Aside from that issue, I truly trust the team and appreciate the care they provide. I would still recommend them and plan to continue boarding my dogs here.

It has been a pleasant experience dealing with Camp Bow Wow from the beginning. The Naples staff is incredible; they are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I love the flexibility of pick-ups and drop-offs. The absolute best part is that my dog, Bitty, is comfortable and looks forward to going to Daycare. That alone makes me appreciate Camp Bow Wow and the Naples staff, knowing she is safe and happy!

This is a great place to take your puppy to burn off energy. Our little doodle is shy, so the fact that she loves it here and walks in the door happy and willing is amazing. Our pup enjoys daycare at Camp Bow Wow and we love it for her! She gets to socialize and play with other pups and the camp counselors are great! They make sure that our dog is feeling comfortable during her play time. Would highly recommend! We've also had our pup at Camp Bow Wow for overnight stays and I love that she gets to play with other dogs and is well taken care of. While she always loves when we return home, we also know that she is in good care while we are gone.

We love CBW. The staff are very knowledgeable and handle our boy with care. Scheduling on the app is very convenient, offering services above and beyond any other place we've experienced. Having just recently moved here from California, we were excited and anxious to find a place Diego would bond with. His first day, he was a little nervous, and the team here knew exactly what to do. They eased him in and took care, watching out for him. Diego knows the minute we pull up into the parking lot that he is going to have his play time with friends. We do added 1:1 play time outside of the group play, including training with Heidi. Diego loves his Heidi!! CBW has been a blessing... our boy is just so happy when he visits. Highly recommended!

This is a well-organized business. Staff is well trained and friendly. We had peace of mind while traveling without our dog as we felt he was always safe and well taken care of. Camp Bow Wow Naples has been an absolute gift for us and for our dog, Finn. Finn is a 2-year-old Labrador with a lot of energy, and he goes to daycare 2–3 times a week. From the moment we walk in, the staff greets him like he’s part of their family—and honestly, that makes all the difference. Finn loves it there. He gets plenty of playtime, but it’s well managed so he comes home happy and tired (not overstimulated). The care and attention the staff gives each dog is so evident. We also boarded Finn for two weeks in October, and it was a perfect experience—for him and for us. We had complete peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. The staff is always responsive when booking and incredibly helpful if we call with questions. One of the most special touches? Finn spent his 2nd birthday at daycare, and they sent him home with a lovely birthday card filled with handwritten notes from the staff. Upon the recommendation of a good friend, we took our Charly girl to Camp Bow Wow for her first interview, and she passed with flying colors. So we brought her back a few days later for an all-day stay. She practically dragged me to the front door, she was so excited to be back. Charly loved Camp Bow Wow! The staff is super friendly and so attentive not just to Charly, but to all the dogs. I cannot say enough great things about this doggie daycare. I love that I can view Charly throughout the day via the live webcams, whether she is indoors or outdoors, just to check on her. Camp Bow Wow will definitely be our permanent doggie daycare for Charly!!!
