Home Buddies (In-Home Pet Sitting)
We’ll take special care of all your pets and household needs while you’re away. And since we don’t discriminate that means your dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish and reptiles will be well taken care of. Our pet sitters are certified by our intensive training program, which includes pet CPR and first aid, and are bonded and insured with liability coverage.
We serve Northern New Castle County with in-home pet sitting or overnight stays. With our in-home web cams, you can check in on your pet and home while you are away.
We provide D-Tails Report Cards for each visit so you have specifics on how your pet did while you were away or something cute they may have done during our time at your home.
Services Include:
Dog Walking and Pet Visits
Minimum 30-minute visit where we will take your dog on a leashed walk in your neighborhood. We'll make sure your dog gets out to stretch his or her legs, and get some fresh air! Feeding, watering, litter box and/or cage cleaning and basic home care can be combined at no charge within the selected time frame.
Let Me Out! Visits
A 15-minute visit to make sure a dog gets some relief or a cat is checked in on when you are away for an extended period.
In-Home Overnight Pet Sitting
We'll spend the night in your home so your pets can maintain their routine in the safety and comfort of their own environment! Includes, when applicable, private walks and potty breaks, feeding, litter box and/or cage cleaning, TLC, playtime, basic concierge service, and home security checks. Our Pet Sitter will stay in your home for a minimum of 8 hours and be with your pets at least an hour before retiring and an hour before leaving in the morning.
Home Sitting and Specialty Concierge Services
Let us keep your home safe, tidy and looking lived-in while you're away! We will spend the night or come for a visit. Services can include mail and newspaper retrieval, plant watering, light grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickup/delivery, light rotation, trash removal, opening/closing blinds, and home security checks.
Senior and Special Needs Care
A trained Home Buddy will provide extra love and attention and administer medications (pills, injections, skin applications, etc.) per your requirements.
Pet Food and Supply Delivery
Reduce your errands by letting us deliver your pet’s food and supplies right to your front door! We will coordinate with you your pet’s dietary needs and set up a regular delivery schedule to insure you never run out of supplies again.
Pet Waste Removal
We offer pet waste removal services along with pet care, but do not offer this service to clients that do not need pet care. Please contact us for a quote.
Getting Started – Our Free In-Home Pet Consultation
Our Home Buddies Pet Sitter will come to your home to meet you and your pets, gather pertinent information about your pets and home, and get a house key to provide services.
We will spend time going through our pricing, packages and services as well to make sure we put together a great plan for caring for all your needs while we are in your home. Once we conduct the in-home consultation you will be able to make future reservations online!
