Our Certified Camp Counselors® play and care for our Campers every day and take care of any special requests for your Camper. We do oral medicines, extra treats, special care for older pups, and many other requests at no extra charge to make sure our campers have fun and feel well cared for.

Overnight Camping / Dog Boarding     

You can relax knowing your Camper(s) are fine while you are away. Whether you are leaving for a business trip or vacation or even staying at home hosting, your Camper will have a great, safe time with us.  Overnight Campers play all day and sleep the night away^TM.   We tuck each camper in with a 'campfire' treat then let them doze off to soothing music so they can dream of the next great day at Camp.  

Day Camping / Dog Daycare

Day camping is a great place for dogs when you have a long day, high-energy dog or just not enough time or energy to take the dog for a walk. Bring your dog to Camp Bow Wow for a day of play and you Camper will have a great time with other dogs in one of our indoor-outdoor play yards.  Your Camper will come home happy and Dog Tired.

Before Camp

All dogs must be
*	At least four months old
*	Spayed or neutered if six months or older
*	Current on rabies & distemper & have had a bordetella vaccination within the last 6 months
*	In good health and ready for some fun
*	Suitable for open play environment.

Pre-Stay Meet-'n-Greet

We meet each new camper to make sure that Camp Bow Wow is right for them. Campers must be friendly to people and other dogs. The free Meet-'n-Greet allows us to see how your dog interacts with other dogs and people when you are not present. We want to be able to devote full attention to your dog, so we ask that you send us vaccination records then make an appointment prior to coming in with your dog.  That way we can spend time with you and your dog and give you a tour of Camp.

Please check to make sure all vaccinations are up-to-date before scheduling the Meet-'n-Greet.  On the day of your scheduled Interview, please bring:
    * A veterinarian's verification of your dog's current vaccinations (rabies, distemper and bordatella)
    * Name, address and phone number of an emergency contact
    * Name, address and phone number of your vet
    * A quick-release collar and name tag
    * Your Camper!

That's it.  After the Meet-'n-Greet you can make reservations online or by phone.

Doggie Birthday Parties

We are pleased to announce the availability of doggie birthday parties at Camp Bow Wow Delaware North! 

Parties are held on Sundays between 1 and 3:30 when camp is otherwise closed and our other campers are resting in their cabins. You may choose a small party which can support up to 8 dogs, or a large party which allows for as many as 15 dogs. 

The birthday dog and their guest dogs receive 90 minutes of uninterrupted play time with all five play yards combined for a larger play area. We provide cake or cupcakes for the dogs, as well as party favors and invitations with an insert about Camp Bow Wow. Beverages for human guests are included and you can bring your own cake or we can provide one for a small charge. In addition to the favors we will e-mail you 5 photos of the event.

All dogs attending must have proof of rabies, distemper, and bordetella (canine cough) vaccinations - the canine cough vaccine muct have been given within the past 6 months. The canine cough vaccine would need to be given at least 4 days before the party if given intra-nasally and at least a week before if given intra-muscularly. The dogs attending do not have to be spayed or neutered, but if the dog caused a disruption you may request they have a time out. We recommend that all dogs be on flea control but it is not a requirement. Dogs attending the party do not have to be campers, although they might want to be after they see how much fun they can have at Camp!
