About Camp Bow Wow Parker
Camp Bow Wow Parker is located at 10325 S. Progress Way (directly behind the Hickory House)!
Remember how much fun it was to go to camp? We do!!
Camp Bow Wow is a Premier Doggy Day and Overnight Camp. Your pups reap the benefits of exercise and socialization while having lots of fun romping & playing with their canine friends and Camp Counselors. What does this mean? "A Dog Gone Good Time!"® Now, you no longer have to leave your dog alone while you work and come home to chewed up furniture, holes in your new garden, or trash throughout your house. Instead, your pup will "Play all day and snooze the night away."® As for the guardian, rest assured, your camper is well taken care of at all times whether you are gone for a day, over night, or for an extended period of time! Your pup is a part of your family and we want them to be a part of ours too!
What are the requirements for camp?
You must be at least 4 months old, Spayed or Neutered (if over six months) and current on vaccination for Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella (canine cough). Bordetella must be administered at least 72 hours (recommended 2 weeks) before coming to Camp! You must be in good health, friendly to all dogs, and generally love to play.
What is the interview process all about?
To be accepted as a camper, your guardian completes a behavior questionnaire. You are introduced to two campers to see how well you interact with other campers. If all goes well, you are welcome to stay at least 3 hours so we can continue to monitor your play patterns. You may stay to play the entire day at no cost to your guardian.
What days and times is the camp open?
Camp is open 365 Days a year!
What will I do at camp?
You play all day with other campers with similar temperament and activity levels in our large indoor & outdoor play areas. You can even go for a swim in our pup pools when the weather is warm!
What do I wear to Camp?
A quick release collar with your name and phone number on your ID tag.
Can my Guardian check-in on me?
