Tex is a two year old black and tan male dachshund. He was found as a stray and was rescued by Hope for Animals, a Colorado rescue organization. On the quiet side for a dachshund, he loves to snuggle in people's laps and craves attention. So far he's been good with strangers..., in the car, with cats and most other dogs. Sometimes he gets a bit nervous around very large dogs, but he calms down eventually. He's housebroken, neutered and up to date on vaccinations.
