About Camp Bow Wow Castle Rock

We opened our doors on November 8, 2003 to our canine friends offering overnight boarding, day care, full service grooming and a specialty retail area featuring tasty treats, Kumpi dog food and Oxyfresh products. Our facility is conveniently located in Old Town Castle Rock near Perry and 2nd Street behind the Police Station.

We have a clean, 11,000 square foot indoor/outdoor climate-controlled facility complete with Doggy Web Cams so you can sneak a peek at the fun your dog is having while you are away. We provide a safe and fun environment for your pup to play and socialize with other dogs. Overnight campers eat and sleep in their private, spacious cabins and enjoy tasty treats at bedtime feeling nice and comfortable after a fun day playing with canine friends. Our well-trained staff is ready to give lots of TLC to your best friend.

We require that your dog is current on Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). Bordetella must be administered 72 hours before coming in for a visit. All dogs must be spayed/neutered and have general overall good health. (Refer to Camp Policies for more information) We will administer medications at no extra charge and feed per your specifications. At your request, your dog can be bathed/groomed and smelling fresh upon your arrival (see grooming rates).

Instead of leaving Fido languishing at home, alone, bored and sedentary - high tail it to camp where a dog can be a dog. He is sure to thank you with lots of tail wags and wet kisses.

Our Camp Staff
Our camp staff spends all day at Day Camp, from early in the morning to late in the evening, watching over our campers. They are the ones who give out the special "Campfire" tasty treats each night before lights out, and tuck each camper into their own spacious, comfy and clean Camp Bow Wow cabin. Where each cabin has a comfy bed to curl up on in a climate controlled atmosphere (sorry, no mint on the pillow). Campers from the same household can even stay together in the same cabin.

They run the camp web cam monitoring and professional security systems that make sure all our Campers are happy and safe!

They are the ones who serve our Campers every day, and take care of those special requests for your Camper, from medicines, extra treats, or special care for older pups and other requests.
