Gretchen Rexach, Owner, General Manager

Caring for animals is my true passion. Before entering the field of education where I developed, designed and taught college-level courses, I worked as a vet tech in animal hospitals for nearly a decade. Operating a pet care business has been a dream of mine for a very long time. My priorities are to ensure our clients’ pets are safe, healthy and happy while in our care, and to provide clients with peace of mind when they cannot be with their beloved pets.

Agustín “Auggie” Rexach, Owner, Chief Technical Officer

I grew up surrounded by pets. I am fascinated by the deep bond that develops between humans and animals and I am thankful for the chance to work in this industry.

I am in charge of the visual and technical side of the business.  Drawing on over a decade of experience as a film editor, I strive to bring our clients closer to us by engaging them through online media.  I do all the website updates and design our print ads, website animations and videos.

Shelby Woo Rexach, Owner, Quality Control Officer

As Quality Control Officer, it is my duty to inspect and approve any and all treats for both nutritional and taste considerations.

You have to eat your whole life, so you might as well eat the good stuff.
