Does it seem like every time you feed Fido he's still hungry? Is he always begging for table scraps? Now you can spoil him without a guilty conscious. And, it's likely you'll already have all the ingredients in your pantry!
Ingredients
Dry Dog Food (amt will depend the size of your dog)
14.5 ounce can of green beans
Directions
1. First, check with your vet to find out how much dry food you should be feeding your dog each day. Measure out a breakfast portion of your dog's favorite dry food.
2. Open a can of green beans and pour half the juice and half the beans over your dog's dry food (no need to heat the beans). Green beans add a healthy dose of fiber to your dog's meal, which will make him feel full. Plus, your dog will think he's getting something special - people food!
3. Pour the remaining green beans (left over from breakfast) on your dog's dry food at dinner time!
Have fun with this one, but be sure not to experiment with other vegetables until you do your research to determine which foods are safe for Fido.
