Construction Manager

Located in Broomfield, CO

The Construction Manager functions as one of the coaches on the Camp opening team to aid Camp Bow Wow franchisees in planning, coordinating, budgeting and managing the construction side of the Camp opening process. The primary accountability of this position is to provide consultative communication and assistance to franchisees in getting open on time, on budget and assuring that all Camp Bow Wow standards and specifications are met. The Build Out Dog coaches the franchisee through visits to the site or proposed site, phone calls, emails, webinars, and training sessions. +5 years of commercial construction project management and business acumen needed to be a great Build Out Dog Manager! Approximately 25% travel for sites visits and support.

Full Stack Software Developer

Located in Broomfield, CO

As a software developer you will be creating new features and functionality in Camp Bow Wow’s proprietary systems. Camp Bow Wow is the leader in the industry and strives to stay ahead of the rest through continued innovation.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Write and review code for new enhancements/updates and support existing products both internal and customer facing
  • Perform and develop tests
  • Collaborate with development team and other subject matter experts on improvements, enhancements and/or new technologies that will benefit the end-users
  • Work within team to enhance the company's use of technology
Essential Skills:
  • Javascript
  • PHP
  • CSS
  • MySQL
  • Linux command line
  • Version Control System (git, svn, mercurial, etc)
Bonus Skills:
  • Modern JS framework (Angular, Backbone, ember, etc)
  • PHP framework (Symfony, Yii, Zend, etc)

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Located in Broomfield, CO

Camp Bow Wow's Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in planning, execution and tracking of digital marketing efforts and campaigns. They are self-motivated, extremely organized and can think creatively. They have experience in various digital marketing tactics and will work with the marketing team to develop new programs and refresh older ones.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Take on role of community manager for all social networks to build active and involved community members
  • Strategize and implement social media contests and campaigns
  • Write and share engaging content for social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Measure and evaluate effectiveness of social media and online activities and implement new ideas and tactics
  • Establish Camp Bow Wow blog and grow following by posting relevant content in brand voice
  • Write informative and interesting e-newsletters to be distributed to clients and prospects nationwide
  • Manage website updates and edits
  • Support planning and execution of multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns to drive national brand awareness and local store traffic
  • Keep Camp Bow Wow at cutting edge in digital world by staying up-to-date with trends, testing new tactics/channels and evaluating results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Expertise in using social media platforms for a business including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat
  • Experience developing social media strategy
  • Experience with digital advertising strategy preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Team player with great attitude

Salary: $40,000

Department: ​​Marketing

​Reports to: ​​Marketing Manager

Availability: This is a full time, exempt position. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. ‐ 5 p.m. at the Corporate Office in Broomfield, CO; attendance at evening and weekend events may be required occasionally. Minimal Travel.
