Lolo loves going to Camp Bow Wow. These days, we mostly take him there for boarding since we work from home. The staff are fantastic and they all know him well. Like any business, staff members come and go, but there’s always someone there who has known Lolo since he first started attending in 2020. We know he’s getting great care whenever he’s there. He sleeps like a baby for the next 24 hours after camp.

We absolutely love Camp Bow Wow! Our Bernedoodle, Walter, has the best time there. The moment we ask him, “Do you want to go see your friends?” he gets so excited it’s honestly the highlight of his day. Walter has made a bunch of doggy friends, and it’s clear he’s not just being watched, he’s genuinely having fun and thriving in that environment. The staff are all amazing and treat him so well. You can tell they truly care about the dogs in their care. For us, it’s been a total lifesaver. There’s such peace of mind knowing he’s safe, well looked after, and having the time of his life while we’re busy. Highly recommend to any dog owner looking for a place they can trust! I was visiting Halifax with my dog when I fell and injured my leg. The staff at this location were so accommodating to take my dog with a last-minute booking to allow me to attend the hospital, then used them again so I could attend my son's football game. They are very friendly here. The facility is very clean and well lit. Excellent staff-to-dog ratio. Modern and well located with plenty of parking. My dog was well cared for both days that I used Camp Bow Wow.

Oscar was a 6-month-old rescue pup with a ton of energy when he joined our family. John, Maureen, and the whole Camp Bow Wow team welcomed him into the camp family, and it became his fave place to burn off some steam and learn how to make friends with other dogs. Their care and support has been so wonderful for Oscar, and he’s also had the added benefit of being an overnight boarder a few times now. He knows and loves the team there, and vice versa, so it’s been so helpful for his development—and a trusted home away from home. He’s a play machine now, and almost 2 years later he’s a regular at the camp and he’s always excited to see everyone there. Thanks to the whole team!

We have been sending our beagle Sally to Camp Bow Wow for 9 years, since she was 3 months old. She loves going to camp and meeting new friends. Although she doesn't run around as much as she did when she was young, she still keeps young playing occasionally with the new younger campers. If you want your pupper to be good and tired when they get home, this is the place to take them, they'll love it and have a great time.
