About Us

Our Team

Camp Bow Wow® Boise offers dog day care and overnight boarding and our highly-trained staff is dog gone passionate about providing safe, fun and individualized care for your four-legged family members.

We are so happy to be a part of the Boise community and have gotten to know many wonderful pets (and their parents!) since we opened. Our whole staff would like to thank all our customers for letting us have, as we say, a 'Dog Gone Good' Time!

We think we are the best Camp Counselors your pup could have! Everyone on staff is a SERIOUS dog lover, with practical training in dog behavior certifications in pet first aid and dog CPR. All of us are eager to meet and greet you and your best canine buddy. Collectively we have many years of experience with dogs, and we promise to take the best possible care of your furry friends.

We spend all day at Day Camp, from early in the morning to late in the evening, watching over your Campers. We are the ones who give out the special Campfire TreatsTM each night before lights out, and tuck each Camper into their own spacious, comfy and clean Cabin.

We pride ourselves on getting to know your pup’s name, who their friends are, and just where they like to be scratched. We will take special care of your furry kids and make sure they have a PAW-some time at Camp. We look forward to meeting you and your furry friends!

Beth & Greg

A couple of the most frequently asked questions I receive while giving a tour of our camp is, “Why did you decide to do this? “, and “Why Camp Bow Wow?” It’s pretty simple really. Greg and I love animals! We decided to make it our living since it was already our passion.

We decided Camp Bow Wow was a great alternative for people who travel and need overnight boarding for their dogs. We used to travel a lot and our children would come into our home and watch our many animals. A funny thing happened. They grew up and now have families of their own. Greg and I decided we wanted to help other dog (and animal) guardians by offering an alternative to traditional boarding. We give furry family members a home away from home. We also have day camp, where a dog can be a dog!

Hello! My name is Kourtney, and I am the manager for Camp Bow Wow Boise. I have been working here for 5 years, and it is absolutely my dream job. I don't even consider what I do work, just because it is too much fun. I am originally from Emmett, Idaho. I have three furry children of my own, Oakley an English Pointer mix, Sir Archie a Staffordshire Terrier, and Creature a Bulldog mix, who are my room mates and the adopted loves of my life. In free time we love to swim, hike in the foothills, and come to Camp and play with all of our best friends of course. I love all animals, especially dogs, and that is why working for Camp Bow Wow has been such a rewarding experience for me. I'm grateful I get the opportunity to work with the dogs on a daily basis, as well as the many wonderful pet parents. I look forward to seeing all of you and your fur kids at Camp, old and new!

I moved to Boise from Seattle almost 7 years ago. I’ve been working at Camp for over 7 years now and I love having the privilege of spending my days surrounded by pups. I’m currently a senior at Boise State studying Criminal Justice and Psychology; once I graduate I hope to continue into law enforcement. My husband Matt and I have a small zoo of our own at home that includes 3 dogs: Mac (an Australian Koolie mix) Boo, and Rollie (both Pit Bulls), and our final furry companion, a ferret named Naughty Weasel. I don’t have much free time between work, school, and our pets but in the time I do have you will likely find me watching football, listening to Prince, or just hanging out with friends.

Hi, my name is Hali. I've loved all animals since I was small and have owned nearly every pet under the sun, with a special passion for dogs. I've worked at Camp Bow Wow for 1 year now and am loving every minute of it! In my spare time I enjoy creating art and have had my artwork featured in local galleries including Art Source gallery and the Boise Art Museum. I currently do not have a dog but hopefully will in the near future. I'm grateful for the privilege to work with such wonderful pups and to see their happy little faces and wagging tails every day!

Hi I’m Sam and I’ve been with Camp Bow Wow since November 2016 and have absolutely loved it! After graduating high school in 2014 I went to college for 3 years on and off but then decided to take a break to explore my passions, dogs being a big one! Film is my other big passion and when I’m not at work you can find me spending time with friends, going to the movies, or watching an entire season of my favorite show in one day! When I’m not taking care of the pups at Camp, I’m home taking care of my own two senior Dachshunds, Sadie(18yrs, left) and Buddy(15yrs, right), they are my life!! I have a big soft spot in my heart for senior pups, but I love spending time with all the amazing dogs (and people) I meet at Camp!
