Level I - Basic Puppy

This reward-based training class is designed for puppies from 10 weeks old to 4 months old. We will focus on obedience, but also typical puppy behavior issues. It is also a critical period for your dog to be socialized, so getting your dog in a classroom setting with one of our Certified Behavior Buddies trainers will help you understand the importance of this process proof of vaccinations is required.

Our Basic Level course helps you teach your dog basic manners and work on behavioral issues. This is where you will start your journey to having a well-behaved dog by focusing on creating reliable behaviors and getting your dog to understand how to listen. In our Basic Puppy class you will learn commands such as:

•    Leave it

•    Come

•    Stay

•    Walking nicely on a leash

You will also be taught how to deal with behavioral issues such as:

•    Potty training

•    Chewing

•    Jumping

•    Digging

•    Barking
